 A lot of choices. No hello, the saleswomen are fighting for white heads (people with gray hair). No problem, I went to a luminaire in St-Bruno and found a $ 2000 luminaire for my son's dining room.

Will get a refund and never shop in that store again.... poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid in full. Items were not available in store. Promised items will be a available within 10 days. Two weeks later, no light fixtures. When I called to inquire, was told that items not arrived yet. Suggested to take floor model if I did not want to wait.
No suggestion that they will try harder.
No effort to apologize for delays
Suggest to take floor model without any discount
Today after 14 days, still no phone calls.
Definitely last time I buy from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting items the price however feels higher than average for similar stores across the greater Montreal area. Stuff though we were four to five on a Sunday afternoon seeing his interested in providing any service explanation unless you really insisted.
