I'm so glad that I came to this store to buy all my ski equipment! After buying a pair of new ski boots, I went back with my skis to adjust the bindings, (completely overlooking how ancient both my bindings & skis were). Charles served me & couldn't have been nicer. He never made me feel bad about how outdated my equipment was. Instead, he was very empathetic, informative, professional & engaging. I love my new skis & can't wait to use all my new equipment next ski season.

Excellent Store! I bought a road bike online and it was perfect. They sell good quality products but their main strength is their outstanding customer service! They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Their salesmen in the bike sections are passioned about cycling, making it very easy to communicate and get precise answers. Overall top notch experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful store and great staff. I recently picked up a bike from an online order that ended up having a mixup due to someone else getting the same item. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue and all turned out well.

Ordered two sets of snowboard bindings from them. They shipped them out with some random company (not the usual guys, probably to keep the cost down on their end) and it has now been over a month with no update. They just tell me to talk to the shipping company. I have personally shipped items to Quebec and have had them shipped back to me in BC in the same amount of time. Really upsetting as the hills are open and I has ordered with plenty of time to receive them.

I gave 2 stars since there were very friendly and helpful staffs who were willing to help us out choosing ski goggles, or a pair of snow pants. Yet, there were also some who are the opposite. A male employee (not the young one) at the same section upstair was not willing to talk to us at all. He seemed annoyed when we asked questions about the goggles and always tried to get away from every customer (not only us - from what I observed). The other guy (seems younger) was much more helpful and nicer! Also, a girl at the reception downstair (right at the door) was so rude when we came this afternoon to exchange my ski goggles. She made a mistake for not adding a 20% off on the initial invoice. So I verified it with her, since the price was much higher than what I expected. What she did was taking back the invoice from me, fixing it in her computer, giving us an extra invoice to correct her mistake, and then turning to another customer right away! No apology or anything. Nothing! My husband and I were confused and surprised. He asked her if that was all, and she just nodded! I got her name on the invoice - Alexane Lepage. I was totally not happy with the experience. Besides, Oberson website and their customer service agent who took care of the online orders are also the worst. It does not show the up-to-date stocks. My husband ordered his snow pants online twice. Both times were not successful since they were out of stock (but their website showed the opposite!!!). He ordered, paid, then a customer service agent emailed him to inform him that they were not in stock, and asked if he wanted to order a different model or wanted a refund. Then my husband answered saying he would prefer to change to another model. The agent never replied and made a refund a few days later. Same thing happened to the 2nd order! The whole process took us more than a week. At some point we just gave up and went to the Empire shop, which apparently has more inventories. Edited: I would give minus point if I could. We had to come back there one last time because we were given a wrong product by the employee. Instead of making an exchange, given all the bad experiences we had had before, we decided to return the product completely. And the employee at the counter, again, a different one yet also had the same rude manner. I'll never set foot in this store again!

Very frustrating to deal with. Placed an order on line on a sale item. Phoned the shop when it was meant to be ready, and was told to wait for an email. Phoned again the next day and told it would be there soon. Next day got an email saying they’d messed up inventory and couldn’t supply it. Although they had an equivalent product they would not supply it unless I paid an extra $50 - they claimed the discount they were offering on that substitute product was generous on their part! Lesson : don’t rely on them to fulfil an order, or when they tell you it’s on its way.

Every customer counts! At least that's what I feel as a customer. I had an issue with the mounting of my ski bindings. Daniel went above and beyond in turning a bad situation into a positive one. I cannot say enough great things about my experience here. Highly recommended.
