I would not recommend coming here to purchase anything at fishing department. Service was horrible: floor staff was inattentive, distant, and not knowledgeable on their product. I was there today Saturday 05 Fevrier 2022 At fishing department area had 3x employees who not doing anyting except stay together and laughting. I approch to two of them, I didn't aking anything yet, just coming and the young boy who worked at fishing department answering right away "I don't know anything about fishing!!!". I do ask him at which department do you working? He told me that's he working at fishing department. I ask him, why you told me with intolerance that you don't known anything? He told me again, because I don't know anything about fishing department. I choiced some parts and come to another employes to asking a question, the same young boy coming and while watched at my items told me "this is green and another one is gray". Really? Sure he's an employees of the month! Top intelligence! I told him that I do never asking him any question, why he told me the colors? If I do never ask about it. I had the conversation with another employes at the moment, why he come to cut our conversation? This young employes maybe better to working by whearing clown costume at front of the store for flyers distribution, pretty sure he was hired at completely wrong department. I do talked with store manager, he doesn't looks like will take care of customer service.

Cannot transfer item from a store to another one. Each store is independent. Not a nice customer service. But a great choice of product .

I would not recommend coming here to purchase skiing equipment. Service was horrible: floor staff was inattentive, distant, and not knowledgeable on their product. They even recommended I get children's skis despite a grown 5'7 woman and much heavier than a child. I've been skiing for decades, so I knew staff didn't know what they were talking about. Came to get skis for my partner, we had to return a total of 3 times in 3 days because the bindings broke on first use: the same cheap plastic bindings were given despite breaking the first time. They broke again. It was only on the third visit that staff upgraded the bindings to something with less plastic. Incredibly frustrating experience, will never shop here again. Staff is incompetent and our time was wasted.

Horrible customer service. I had bought a tackle box that had missing plastic separators making it impossible to separate sections in the front row since those were of a different size. I realized it while setting up my box. They said they couldn't give me separators nor give me a replacement because I had "already used it" by putting fishing tackles in it. The manager blamed me for not "verifying soon enough that it wasn't missing anything". One employee even had the guts to tell me they couldn't take it back because it was faulty in the first place. Selling a faulty product without offering a replacement is theft and the manager had unbelievable arrogance blaming me for it.

Terrible customer service experience. The products they have are good but we had an unfortunate experience with the staff at this location. We came to look at the bikes and asked if we could try one of them. The employee took one of the bikes to the shop real quick to set the wheels properly to allow for riding. The man then came back with the bike and told us we can ride it around the store carefully to try it out. I obviously avoided isles where there were people and rode slowly in open areas. Out of nowhere, an older employee grabbed the handle bars as I rode and said I was not allowed to ride bikes in the store. I told him another employee told me I could and it was the bike of the store. He then told me to get off and put the bike back and I was not allowed to ride. Frustrated, I got off the bike to put it back and told him to talk to his coworkers then because I was told I could. Someone decided to go on a power trip today and the man should cry about his 3$ retirement savings somewhere else.

For the most part I like this location. Only issue I’ve had is with my most recent purchase. I bought 10 individual Excalibur bolts each having their own sticker which were extremely difficult to get off. I spent a long time scrapping them off then had to use break cleaner to get all the glue off. Was just a tedious process. Would not recommend buying individual bolts from here.
