It is a great store with huge selection of products for an affordable price (good promotions too). The sports vibe in the store is nice as you can see people trying the bikes freely and equipments. If you have children, they will have a lot of fun riding bikes, scooters, skateboards and also jumping on trampolines. The staff is helpful and friendly. I didn't give 5 stars because some products are already out of stock and they take time to be replaced as they are imported. In general, good experience and for sure I will go back always when I need something.

Probably one of the best shop in Quebec. Prices are really affordable, very good quality and they offer a lot of activities for kids, especially tennis!

At the store, we were served by Johnathan at the cash because we were returning a few online order items that the warehouse had messed up. These things happen however with gas prices... I asked if we could get a gift card to compensate for gas, he told me to come she him after. We then went to equestrian section and wow! Lea served us and ìt was such a great experience, we never felt rushed, she answered all our questions. She was amazing. Went back to Johnathan and he did indeed take care of us. We will go back thanks to the customer service.

They have lots of variety and testing areas, which is really cool. Lots of space, looks nice. The rest is subpar at best. I came to buy my kid a bike, priced at $120. Got a helmet ($25) and training wheels ($16), my total was $253. First issue - I got no receipt. They set up an account and said I'd get it as an email, nothing. Was not told anything else. I asked for one bike that that one specifically wasn't on the rack. They did not bring me that bike (blue) they brought me a different one (white). Not huge, but I'm a little irked. My partner came out and told me the total, I said I wanted to know where the extra $100 went, he went into the store to find someone to talk to 15 minutes before close - NO ONE would speak with him. They were too busy closing to even answer a question. We were told we would get a receipt by email, never got it, only a confirmation of our account set up, so no way to check what went wrong, either. We went back today to talk to someone, the person we dealt with the first time was Yannick, and the person we explained it to seemed unsurprised it was him. As it turns out, not only did he bring the wrong coloured bike, he brought entirely the wrong model, which is where the missing $100 was. Today when we went, we talked to Louca after finding someone in the right department, and he brought up our receipt, and fixed the issue no problem. He was absolutely wonderful to my partner during the whole thing. They service the bikes before you take them, which can take time, and I feel like it definitely depends on which employee you get if it's good or not, but our second visit definitely demeeded this store.

I bought a road bike online and the day we went to pick it up, the bike needed minor adjustments. Adonay quickly made the adjustments and also answered some questions I had. Everything was in English, which I really appreciate. Thank you! Also, I heard that Decathlon will have electric bikes in 2023. I am very anxious and excited for that! ?

I was interested in buying the Triban RC 500 road bike, which is one of the more popular products sold by Decathlon. I wanted to simply call the Brossard location to make sure their site was updated and that they in fact had a model in stock for pickup, and to see if they had a model in store to try for sizing. First it took no less than 6 tries before anyone would even answer their phone. Then for no explicable reason I am being asked the price of the bike. The employee answering the phone seemed lost and absolutely clueless and started asking me what the price of the bike was. Then when reminded it is the only bike by this name on their website store, the employee said they would check the site and hung up on me. This is a $1.5k sale plus accessories and upgrades that would have probably come closer to $2k. That I will now be spending with another store. Apparently Decathlon Brossard could care less about providing super basic info to a client already ready to spend the money and simply wanting to know which location to drive to. Just incredible what passes for competent business practice these days

It's a great store for pretty much anything to do with sports or outdoors. They have very cheap stuff, some good stuff and often some items in between; for example a cheap, a medium and a good basket ball.... The cheap stuff is usually pretty acceptable. Well worth it. Shoes are comfy (to me)..
