★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For toys it's the best place but videogames it's always a bad experience. They never know the games they're getting in their deliveries or know if they have this one game that will come out in a couple days. They don't seem to do pre-orders anymore either, they don't know anything about games.
Couple years ago, I did pre-orders with them and they had nice stuffs that came out with the pre-orders but now they got lazy. So disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just left and felt compelled to write a positive 5-star review everything from the help in the baby section I believe her name was Valarie to the manager Mike to the cashier Sadaf everybody was awesome I was looking for a product Valarie took her time found it with me. She was fresh, happy, good and a great attitude. Especially during covid it is very hard to find Positive/happy even helpful people... Trust me when i say it goes a long way thank you for the positive customer experience cheers everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEWEST UPDATE: Careful going here for Marvel Legends figures they got great stock but charge $5-$10 more than Walmart or EB Games/GameStop.
They've greatly improved on stock in recently in the past few months. The layout of the store has been a bit streamlined too, and included some nice stand-ups of cartoon characters.
The Marvel toy area is great now!
UPDATE: Still great, but post-Christmas there's a lot of restock waiting and work being done, so there's a lot of empty shelf space and older items hanging around.

I wasn’t thrilled when My daughter sat in a 12 volt jeep up on a shelf (so we’re assuming the batteries are not connected) and pressed on the petal which sent the Jeep flying backwards into the wall and my daughter smacked her head off the shelf above her. Other then that and low stock due to pandemic this Toys R Us is close by, clean, staff helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great branch for kids equipment and clothes! There is a lot of choices. Amazing for kids gifts ?, very clean and great environment. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. There is a big parking area. The new things that they have balloons helium service ????? since four months. I love it and best recommendation
