Et prix très chère vs les concurrent Waste of time, no stock in store. So the only possibility is to make a loose showcase because nothing accessible. And very expensive price vs the competitor

Really disappointed everything was out of stock that we wanted and no sign to at least warn that in addition no possibility of buying the demo ... at least the staff was nice it's still not their fault but it's quite unpleasant ...

Je regarde en ligne pour un produit qui est indiqué en stock, j’appelle pour confirmer qu’il l’ont bien et qu’ils me le mette de côté. Je spécifie bien que je vais faire un trajet de une heure pour venir le chercher car aucun magasin proche l’a en stock donc bien le mettre de côté ( je donne le numéro de sku). J’arrive c’est pas le bon produit, on me fait patienter 15 minutes on reviens me dire qu’il y en a pas , ils repartent vérifier pendant 20 minutes ils l’ont pas je demande à voir le gérant il retourne pendant 20 minutes voir s’ils en ont ils l’ont toujours pas et peuvent rien faire pour moi. Very poor customer service. I look online for a product that is listed in stock, call to confirm they have it and they are putting it away for me. I specify that I will make a trip of one hour to pick it up because no nearby store has it in stock so put it aside (I give the sku number). I arrived, it was not the right product, they made me wait 15 minutes, they came back to tell me that there was none, they went back to check for 20 minutes they didn't have it I asked to see the manager he returned for 20 minutes to see if they have it they still don't and can do nothing for me.

Special shout-out to Caitlin and Michael who offered their break room for me to use while they kept watch so that no one would walk in. Thank you so much!

R	Raed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BabiesRUs is the place to go if you're searching for a particular brand of baby goods. They have everything you might ever want for your baby or toddler. I would look up the baby items before our baby will born and I find them at this place.And the customer service is friendly but I wait some time for them to come.
