I've had a few nice experience there. Tech are generally knowledgeable and helpful. They take time with you. Price is not cheap, but it's fair for the quality. You get your money worths. Only beef is that we bought two bike at over 3000$ and the fitting was included in the sale but wasn't able to make it yet. It's been 4 month. I know covid19 doesn't help, but still.

Living in Alberta and trying to get my fat tire bike ready for winter I ran into major stock shortages even in the middle of August. Was looking for Terrene wazia or north 45 studded tires and stumbled on this company through a web search. There website had the tires by description but the wrong picture. I sent them a chat message and shortly after they confirmed these are the tires I was looking for but the picture was just wrong. Ordered the tires at the same price I would have paid in Alberta and shipping was free, order made on a Thursday, shipped Friday and exactly one week later I had the tires. Perfectly packaged and exactly as described. Outstanding efficiency so I will definitely be ordering more parts rom them in the future.

It's a good store, staff is friendly, but it took them two days to get me my bike rack ready. It was frustrating as they had told me initially that it would be done in 30m. Anyways in general a good bike store in the south shore

Complete disaster. In August, I went to the Brossard store to buy a 4,000$ road bike and it is my first ever road bike, so I had little experience with these bikes. The salesperson suggested me to buy pedals and clip shoes for 400$ more, I agreed. I decided to ride the bike home since I am only 15min away. The problem was I had my own running shoes to put in a bag which I had to carry while riding. Well, no one told me that road bike is not the same as normal bikes and it's not a good idea to carry a bag while riding. Then disaster happened, I crash and hurt myself with 2nd degree burn in my shoulder and arm that will stay forever. I somewhat understand that this tragedy was my fault, I am not saying otherwise, however, the salesperson should have warned me which he did not since he's goal was to complete the extra 400$ sales on pedals and shoes. Then, the story does not stop here. My wife called to complain about this issue and the assistant manager Luc response was completely not acceptable. He was rude, no sympathy whatsoever, and refused to take any responsibility saying things like ''How old is your husband, he should know'' ''What do you want me to do madam?'' Then, my wife said at least you can offer us to bring back the bike and have a verification. He said ''sure but If there is broken part in the bike, I am not responsible''. The attitude is just unacceptable, it's inhuman, no sympathy, just thinking about shying away from responsibility first and doesn't care about the client wellness. I went back and had my bike checked out and turns out to be ok, bump into the same guy Luc and attitude was exactly the same, we will not be responsible for anything broken. Damn, for me, it's not about the money, it's about the care of your clients that is missing. I got 2nd degree burn and the scars are permanent.

Great service! I was looking for new road shoes and because I have a size 42, it is basically impossible right now to get hold of any... The super nice staff nevertheless basically searched the entire warehouse until we found (after quite some time) a great pair that was actually a 43.5, that was perfect. Thank you again for your time and effort! Super happy with my new shoes > big recommendation!

My visit to Primeau was an amazing experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Although the store was closing, they did not pressure me to make a purchase and maintained a high level of professionalism. I recall the name of the main salesperson to assist me was Alain. Thanks to everyone at the store that contributed to my experience. I 100% recommend this store if you are into cycling. Kudos to the staff at Primeau!

I have been to Primeau Velo for a few years now. And I always have the same reaction ?. If you are not mid 40s to 60 and look completely ignorant or if the staff doesn't get the Dentist vibe it will be impossible to have some service. Over the past 3 years I probably have spent around 10k in this shop in various equipment. And I still can't have any service. The only reason why I would go there is that I really need something ASAP, usually they have a good inventory. Can't say that I would recommend it unfortunately.
