★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff. They also have a lot of choice for all kinds of people. I couldn't find what I was looking for so they redirected me to their website and I ordered two beautiful streteched door size canvases. Very cheap for the qualité you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Employees obviously didn't care about us or the company. Kept telling me that there are no vertical images/pictures while I continuously found more and more vertical pictures. When I found 2 I liked I asked if I could change the frames. They refused. I offered to pay extra for it, but still was refused. I'd be surprised if they stay in business much longer. I certainly won't shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. The lady seemed more interested in cleaning her screen at the cash then helping me out... even though there were no other customers in the store.
I went there with an idea for a painting for bathroom, was looking for something mediterrean style... like Greece or Italy. As I had seen plenty on their site. She basically said she had no idea where there were, and to look in the hundreds of items around the store.
I then mentioned I wanted to have it framed.... she proceeded to tell me it was very expensive... I said I don't mind paying ... she said yes but its only custom made and very expensive...... there is another Grif Graf just down the street. Save yourself the hassel and go there. In today's economy, you would expect people to be more accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in the store and she was on the phone so I walked around the store looking for myself for what I wanted. After about 15minutes I went to the desk where she was on the phone and stood patiently and politely next to the desk waiting for her to finish her call. Instead she said hold on a sec to the person on the phone and looked at me annoyed to ask me "What do you want" after asking for a vangoh painting replica she asked me if I saw it online or in store and if not then to leave and then resumed her phone call... Overall she was rude, lazy, and using company time to have personal conversations on the phone with her friends...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a grad photo to be lamented , the staff was very helpful. I know what and how I wanted it to be. Ladies never done it the way I wanted before, but listened carefully to me and took the time it make it happened. End results were perfect. Will go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, Excellent place to buy decorative paintings, I liked it a lot, and it has very affordable prices, I recommend that you highlight the sales section there are very good options due to small imperfections but it is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the counter was very rude! On the phone as I waited patiently, and ignored me as i kindly tried to get her attention. She seemed very annoyed and had absolutely no customer service skills. How disappointing to see similar comments from a year ago, and be experiencing the same thing today! wow.
