â â â â â Philip was recommended to us by a subcontractor who had been impressed with his work. We hired him to remodel an old storage room into a modern guest room (install a new level subfloor, true the walls, spray foam insulation, run wiring, put up soundproofing, new drywall and plaster, etc.) Our project is just wrapping up and we're very grateful to have chosen Philip. His bid was reasonable, his team was efficient, and all the work was executed flawlessly. The best thing about Philip is that he's a patient, clear, and trustworthy communicator. That minimized the (inevitable) stress of renovation, and helped us to make informed decisions along the way. Contractors like this are hard to find.
