Worked with Eric in 2017 to replace the gutters and downspout. This winter, one of the downspout cracked due to ice. Eric came by and explained what caused the crack, offered solutions to prevent the issue in the future and promised he'd be back as soon as the white color material would be back in stock (delays were due to Covid). That was a few weeks ago. This morning, Eric was at my house with the replacement parts and fixed everything very quickly, with a smile as always.
The best part is that I didn't have to chase him for the work to get done! He said he would so he did, as simple as that. I didn't have to think about it, didn't have to follow up multiple times, I knew I was in good hands. In my book that's priceless.
Eric stands by his work and I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of new gutters.

We dealt with a couple other companies but went with West Island Eavestroughs because of their professionalism. Eric was very professional and we felt at ease with his knowledge of the proper solution we needed. The team came a week later and did an amazing job. I never realized how much you can admire a well installed Eavestroughs! I will use them again.

It took his experienced and professional team roughly 1 hour to redo the botched job that took some other incompetent company literally ALL DAY to do. Very CLEAN, ORGANIZED, and QUIET work.
