Archimede.. quel professionnalisme ils ont le souci du plus petit détail une équipe fiable .Le patron Amed avait bien compris mes besoins et mes goûts.. le service après vente est aussi très efficace je ne peut que vous le recommander

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rénovation réussie de 2 salles de bain . Un problème de fuite dans l'une d'elle 2 ans plus tard j'ai appelé Ahmed le patron. Il a dépêché un plombier qui a diagnostiqué et réglé la fuite et le lendemains un plàtrier est venu réparé les dégats occasionnés, tout cela sans frais Un excellent service après-vente c'est le signe d'une compagnie responsable.
Successful renovation of 2 bathrooms. A leak problem in one of them 2 years later I called Ahmed the boss. He dispatched a plumber who diagnosed and fixed the leak and the next day a plasterer came to repair the damage, all at no cost. Excellent after-sales service is the sign of a responsible company.

The consultation/touch points with Mr. Kadiri and sale team (director of sales to their designer) to site teams which include demo, ceramics, plumbing, cabinet and finishing teams are all 5 stars as they deliver work quality and timeline promise. expect a minor delay, not nothing hindered the progress)
Mr. Kadiri walked us through each step, letting us know who was coming to do what when. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the reassurance he patiently provided. Communication was also instantaneous - I often felt guilty for asking so many questions. I never had to wait long for an email reply or a phone call ( Again, I would feel extremely guilty when I received a late night response - as this was an indication his dedication to service and extended care to his clients beyond the 9-5 schedule)
Prior to starting renos, I’ve heard plenty about the horror stories of contractors cutting corners, unfinished projects, delays…however, with Mr. Kadiri & Archimede Reno the only thing I had to worry about was who I didn’t thank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn’t get lucky with them. First they tell me a few days before the work was scheduled that my cabinets were BO. Then about a week into it nobody shows up and we don’t get notified in advance. 3 days in a row. Then the “professional” plasterer guy and painter do their thing on the walls and there’s paint all over my brand new ceramic floor and cabinets. And it was so badly done that they had to get it completely redone after I complained. The sink was leaking and the guy had to come back 3 times to try and fix it. I asked my plumber friend to do it in the end. Now, not even a year after and the cheap shower kit they sold me for 3 times what it costs at Rona is already broken. Not to mention that it took a month to finish the work for what I was told would take 2 weeks and this, with no bad surprises on our side but very bad planning on theirs. I mean they’re super nice but I don’t recommend or will not do business with them again.
