★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kitchen was finallaly installed after about 7 , I'm not completely satisfied with service , I'm still waiting on a couple adjustments, , its like i'm completly forgotten because of course i've already paid, I keep getting the run around, no one is returning my call. If I had to do all over, I would choose another company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to covid, it took many months for them to receive the pieces of our new kitchen. We were patient. It took between 3-4 months more than initially told. It was fine we were just happy to get our cabinets done. :)
When time came to do the installation they left it very off. The top of the cabinets didn’t reach the ceiling and it was left very ugly (with a big gap). Some cabinet doors were crooked. Their own employee pointed this out and garanteed us they’d come back in May 2021. Even though we called to complain a couple of times, we never saw them come back for anything!
We ended up paying another business to come fix the ugly installation. I’d save my money and go elsewhere if I were you! We paid too much for the customer service received here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a mess.It took forever for everything to be completed and costed more than expected in the end. I have repairs to do that I have been waiting for Cassandra to contact me back for 1.5 years for someone to come and fix and I am willing to pay the charge. They lie and tell you what you want to hear while on the telephone in order to get you off. The after service is unbelievable, so so disappointed in the people and service. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
