J'ai inscrit mes commentaires sur mon expérience avec cette compagnie ,il y a environ 7 mois. Depuis ce temps, j'ai trouvé autres défauts sur la surface du quartz. Les points noir et blanc sur le quartz sont encore plus visibles. Bref, je réitère ma déception par rapport au service et aux produits de cette compagnie. Ils n'ont jamais pris le temps de faire un suivi avec moi suite aux plusieurs appels. Je demeure totalement insatisfaite. Les images parlent plus que les mots. I wrote a review about 7 months ago and I have since then found more spots and discolourations in the several pieces of quartz I purchased. I can't emphasize how disappointed I am with this company. The photos speak volumes.

Sami se fait attendre. Il ne répond pas aux questions par texto puis dit qu'on ne lui a pas demandé. On n'a su qu'un prix budgétaire une fois rencontrée et c'est beaucoup trop cher (surtout pour la qualité des échantillons montrés). Lorsqu'on donne des prix de compétiteur, ils les dénigrent aggressivement et quitte sans discussion. Il n'a même pas apporté les bons échantillons qu'on lui a écrit des semaines à l'avance. Mauvaise organisation ou mauvaise communication. Bref, mauvaise expérience avant l'achat et perte de temps pour tout le monde

Misleading product representation, incompetent services, bad customer service. Save your money, avoid them.

I wish I’d never gone with them for my business. Submitted order in July, and now it’s early September and they’ve delayed our appointments till now due to internal issues? Then, after already PAYING, they’ve informed me that they had to cancel my appointment due to payment not received in a timely manor. This was done without any warning, prior communication, or apologies for the 2 months of delays they’ve caused that will now stretch to 3+. Please go elsewhere and learn from my mistake

Originally I gave this company 5 stars but it is with great regret that I have to change this. To preface my comments below, I just want to state that our initial and subsequent meetings with the owner BEFORE purchase were great. The owner answered our questions, took the time to give us information on the different grades of granite and even went to look at the 3 slabs we had chosen. Now, however, we're wondering if the slab of granite we chose was an inferior grade or was the manufacturing and installation of the counter faulty . Our counter was installed less than a year ago (approximately 7 months). After the installation, we were surprised that the owner never came to check the work, and see if we were pleased. There were issues with the installers. A couple of weeks after installation, we noticed a fair size chip on the edge of the counter near the pantry, plus some pitting in other areas. Needless to say we were devastated! We had waited 30 years for our dream kitchen. We called the owner repeatedly to come and look at it, to tell us what he can do to repair it, as well as to discuss other small concerns. At first he told us he was extremely busy and would come when he had time. We never heard back from him. After several texts and more phone calls, he finally responded and said that he would send someone. We told him we'd rather wait for him to take a look at it first, to tell us what he thought before sending someone. We told him that we trusted him implicitly and would wait for him to drop by. He never came. It is now months later, and our repeated phone calls have been ignored. The kitchen cabinet manufacturer (who had recommended this granite manufacturer) even called from our home, and was told that this is not his problem, he doesn't do repairs, he has no time, and insinuated we expected him to do it for free. Payment had never even been discussed. With this granite company there is no customer service after installation and payment, or concern about customer satisfaction. We blindly trusted the owner and are extremely disappointed. There is no reason that a chip or pitting should happen after less than a month. Our hope is that he will read this and do the honorable thing. We would like nothing more than to change our 1 star rating back to a 4 or 5. Make sure you ask about after purchase and instillation customer service, as well as a guarantee before dealing with any granite company. Even get it in writing. Granite counters cost thousands of dollars. All customers want is top quality manufacturing, installation, and after purchase service.

Best granit and quartz in Montréal. The owner is a good guy. They did an amazing job installing quartz in my clinic in downtown Montreal. They offer a good variety at good prices. Thank you Sami
