★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had order an exotic granite from Quebec Kitchens for our reno project and we cannot be please with their service and quality. Mohammad was very courteous with us, quoted us a great price compared to others in the city and was always available for when we had questions. The granite arrived in the delivery turnaround time he had mentioned and the installation staff was amazing. I cannot stress how they were the best suppliers when it came to installation taking care of all minor details and the installation tech being very polite and professional in doing the proper job until we were satisfied. I will definitely recommend and do business with Quebec Kitchens again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Quebec kitchens was awful. We ordered custom cabinets and a marble countertop from them. We worked with Amal who was unprofessional, always late in answering mails and calls. The installers were rude, didn't follow sanitary rules. On top they delivered the wrong size countertop and damaged our walls and 3 bar stools when they put the marble on them without asking us! For one month I have been trying to get them to compensate for the damages and they avoid it. Completely inexistent customer service and sloppy work.

The service we received from Amal exceptional. Their selection is great. You will not regret your decision. 2 thumbs up for customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are real professionals. I have contracted them to do a kitchen's cabinets and a granit counter for my house. They delivered on time, the quality is a very good and the prices is very reasonable. I will leave the photo to tell the rest of the story :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so thrilled with our new kitchen done by Quebec Kitchens. Special thanks to Sabrina who was there with us every step of the way--she helped us bring our vision to life and was so helpful and informative as we made our initial design decisions. The whole team, from start to finish, was a pleasure to work with: friendly, accommodating, and always helpful. They always communicated the steps of the process clearly, and quickly and efficiently responded and provided stellar service when small issues or delays arose. The quality of the kitchen--thermoplastic shaker style cabinets and white quartz countertops--exceeded our expectations and our vision truly came to life; we were especially impressed with the extent to which we could customize certain aspects (such as a large cabinet with glass doors and drawers). If you are looking to renovate for kitchen, I highly recommend contacting Quebec Kitchens and visiting their beautiful showroom!
*Please note that in the photo included, the lighting had yet to be completed but this was not part of our project with Quebec Kitchens.

We are very pleased with how our kitchen turned out. The materials are high quality and beautiful. I would highly recommend Quebec kitchens to anyone wanting to redo their kitchen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!! Although the materiel is good since imported, very bad service and extremely rude director: "Ashraf" especially after you pay him all the dues: he becomes absent, doesn't answer your call, even shouts and insults you when you reach him to correct a mistake his team made. Therefore, you feel frustrated and helpless. A really very bad experience. His team changed the design of my new basin after they decided last minute(even though they took the measurements) that the one we signed for, paid, and agreed on "doesn't fit". Dimensions weren't taken properly (done by the director: Ashraf). 2 of the teams he hires for installation were incompetent: they made a whole in the frame of my lazy-Suzan cabinet (becoming irreversible damage) to install the hooks(!).I had to wait for the "proper hooks" 3 monthes.Then They were sent twice wrong, to end up saying then the cabinet door is not the right size. Again another month to get the right size to finally receiving the exact same one!!!!. My new lazy-Suzan ended crooked: it doesn't close well and looks like its door is not for it. Advice: do "official" papers with him (to threaten him with an attorney if things go wrong ), and never pay him the full amount before he does the job properly.
