★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous cherchions une entreprise qui s’occuperait de notre (gros) projet de rénovations de A à Z. Et c’est ce que nous avons trouvé avec PROMAX. Il sont deux à gérer l’entreprise maxime et son papa monsieur Michel . Ils ont chacun leur rôle et le font à merveille. L’esprit de famille est très présent et la communication entre chacun est au top. Ils restent toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins et de nos inquiétudes. Ils prennent tout en charge : les plans d’architecte et d’ingénieurs, le design (avec nos choix), la planification des travaux, les demandes de permis, la gestion et l’organisation des travaux. Rien n’est bâclé, et tout est bien fait et bien finit. Ils aiment leur travail et on le sent. Tous leurs ouvriers sont vraiment sympathiques et font bien le ménage à la fin de la journée. Cerise sur le gâteau, ils ont finit nos travaux, qui devaient prendre 5 mois, avec 3 semaines d’avance!
Bref, si vous voulez éviter les histoires d’horreurs qu’on entend parfois à propos de rénovation ou construction, courrez chez PROMAX!
We were looking for a company that would take care of our (big) renovation project from A to Z. And that's what we found with PROMAX. There are two to manage the company Maxim and his dad Mr. Michel. They each have their role and do it wonderfully. The family spirit is very present and communication between everyone is at the top. They always listen to our needs and concerns. They take care of everything: architectural and engineering plans, design (with our choices), work planning, permit applications, management and organization of works. Nothing is sloppy, and everything is well done and well finished. They love their work and we feel it. All their workers are really friendly and do the housework at the end of the day. Icing on the cake, they finished our work, which was to take 5 months, with 3 weeks in advance!
In short, if you want to avoid the horror stories that are sometimes heard about renovation or construction, run at PROMAX!
