★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne faite jamais affaire avec eux un cauchemar depuis le début. Premièrement on nous a sollicité il y a 2 ou 3 ans porte a porte Durand la période de crédit d'impôt du gouvernement de remise de 20% nous étions nouveaux acheteurs et mal renseigné il ne restait que 2 jours au crédit d'impôt et le vendeur nous a convaincu a faire une soumission pour s assurer d avoir notre crédit en nous mentionnant qu'on pouvais canceler ce qu'on a fait par téléphone quelque jours plustard, et malgré cela 1 mois plustard coup de théâtre on nous appel pour nous dire que nos fenêtre sont prêtent à être installé huum??? et oui une soumission devient un contract si il n'est pas canceler physiquement nous dit ont nous voilà pris avec une facture de 10000$ a contre coeur nous faisons installé premièrement ils nous installent des fenêtres avec cadre en bois quand le vendeur nous a vendu su pvc verbalement et on le vois écrit nul pars deuxièmement ils doivent revenir à plusieurs reprises car les techniciens on bâcler leurs travaux plusieurs fenêtres ouvrait mal frottais ma femme incapable de les ouvrir silicone mal fait déchet laisser sur place nous avons du écrire plusieurs couriels et telephonner plusisieurs fois avant qu'ils reviennent ensuite problème de buée dans les vitre depuis 2 hiver jamais de retour d'appel de leurs pars nous avons eu aucun papier qui prouvent notre sois disant garantie invisible puisque qu'ils nous offrent aucun service si vous voullez éviter de payer des fenêtres durant 7 ans avec un goût amer et un mal de coeur ainsi qu'une impression de vous avoir fait floué passer à un autre contracteur..........
Never make dealing with them a nightmare from the start. Firstly we were asked 2 or 3 years ago door to door Durand the period of government tax credit of 20% rebate we were new buyers and poorly informed there were only 2 days left for the tax credit and the seller convinced us to make a quote to make sure we have our credit by telling us that we could cancel what we did by phone a few days later, and despite this 1 month later, we were called to tell us that our windows are ready to be installed huum ??? and yes a quote becomes a contract if it is not physically canceled tells us we are stuck with an invoice of $ 10,000 reluctantly we have it installed first they install us windows with wooden frame when the seller sold us on pvc verbally and we see it written nil secondly they have to come back several times because the technicians botched their work several windows opened badly rubbed my wife unable to open them silicone badly made waste left on site we had to write several emails and phone several times before they came back then problem of fog in the windows since 2 winter never returned a call from their parties we had no paper which proves our so-called invisible guarantee since they offer us no service if you want to avoid pay windows for 7 years with a bitter taste and a heartache as well as an impression of having made you cheated go to one at be a contractor ..........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The costumer service.would not give us our warranty papers after repeatedly calling.have issues with windows and doors and nobody would return calls.company there to only make money and they don’t care about there customer.called government and they don’t care .stay away and find a more reliable company.even the window manufacturer doesn’t care.worst place ever dealt with.the quality of the work is amateurish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent almost 8k in windows a few months later had a little issue with one window called many times to resolve the problem but no one ever showed to fix the problem had to pay someone else. Terrible service after sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finally changed my windows after 20 years. 1-800-Construction made an estimate that was well within the range of other companies for the quality I asked for. I wanted vinyl windows. Not the cheaper PVC windows that most companies are selling because they are less expensive to manufacture. The installers were very competent and made adjustments to one of the frames in order to accommodate my kitchen cabinets that were blocking the window frame. They were very polite and very pleasant to be around. Nikolay, who is the owner of the company also dropped by to see if everything was going alright. He also was very pleasant to deal with and added that personal touch. When the installation was completed they left my house cleaner than when they arrived.
I am not being paid for this endorsement. I would just like to tell you and share with you my great experience with this company.
