J'ai tenté de communiquer avec l'entrepreneur pour avoir sa signature pour déduire les travaux sur mes impôts et il a dit qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour moi et qu'il avait déjà tout fait. Service à la clientèle exécrable pour plus de 3000$
Windows installed last year. The employees left the waste and scraps of windows at the neighbors. I tried to contact the contractor to have his signature to deduct work on my taxes and he said he could not do anything for me and that he had already done everything. Terrible customer service for more than $ 3,000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company installed new window for my house in Sep 2017. I noticed there was a crack in Dec 2017. I called the company for repair since it is still under guarantee. Unfortunately, it refused to carry its responsibility because it believed the crack was caused by outside force. I totally agree I am responsible for the crack if it was caused by outside force, but how it justified the reason of damage without visit my place. The crack is on the inside layer of window, protected with screen, nothing can touch the glass. I only opened window few times to test them after installation in Sep 2017, after that, the windows were always kept closed. The crack start from low, left corner, from few inches to 14 inches long. I don't know the reason that cause the crack, I asked few window companies for repair, they told me the damage should be under guarantee if it is less than 1 year. I am very update for the situation because it does not care about their product and service, just push its responsibility away. I would avoid using this company service if I knew such poor company customer service.
