We hired to Alumalco to replace our aging 16ft tall windows. The result looks awesome. The Alumalco team installed the windows with great care and professionalism. The exterior finishing was well done. The installers did not leave the job until everything was 100% done. We are really happy with the quality of the windows. I highly recommend Alumalco to anyone seeking windows with a modern look.

We live in a house of 1967 that was built for himself by a well known architect. However much we love the house though, the windows were original, and something finally had to be done. But no supplier, that we asked to visit, was able to come up with a palpable solution. Doing energy efficiency evaluations, I do inspect windows and doors daily, but no Canadian product we considered, ever met all requirements we had. Until we found Anthony at Alumalco. Being of Swiss origin, I started looking for European windows. After visiting their showroom I realized that I had to go no further. While the latest Canadian made products may be tight and energy efficient, none inspired also the same solid, safe-like character of Alumalco’s products. I cannot explain this, but just the sound of the main door shutting like a vault (I imagine) is sufficient to say it all. The design of the entire window and door is precision engineered to the last detail, for long lasting performance. The crucial profiles and hardware are all German quality. As an engineer myself, I was convinced. And once you see it, you immediately would understand what I mean. However even the best designed windows and doors are only as good as their installation quality. Also here Alumalco shines. Their entire installation team, with Giulio at the head, works just as meticulously precise as the windows/doors themselves. Nothing is rushed. Not even the smallest compromise on perfection. Time is not an issue. It took 7 days to install, and always in a very cooperative and friendly way. And after the sale/installation is complete, their service remains unchanged and you will not be left alone after you paid. Needless to say that we are much more than happy about our decision to replace all windows with Alumalco’s products. With about 50% of all our walls actually being windows, this was a big decision, and in retro perspective it was the only right one to make. We can only recommend Alumalco with Anthony, Giulio, Jason and their entire team. Their windows and doors may not be for everyone, but if they are for you, you will not regret your decision.

This is an outstanding service. I changed all the windows and one balcony door in a condominium downtown Montreal. Not only are the windows and frames of great quality and look beautiful, but the opening/closing mechanisms are excellent. We purchased aluminum tilt and turn windows, lift and slide door and front aluminum entry door from Anthony for our home in Fall 2019/Winter 2020. We could not be happier with our purchase! We have received many compliments on our beautiful windows, many of which are from the trades. Many people comment on the size of our lift and slide door and how easy it is to open such a large pane of glass. We feel very secure with the locking mechanism on our insulated aluminum entry door. Many people are amazed at the biometric finger print entry lock. There was an error in one of the opening mechanisms for one of the windows on delivery. Anthony immediately resolved the issue and a new window was delivered quickly and free of charge. We could not be happier with the customer service and with our purchase. The windows, lift and slide door and front entry door are certainly the stand out features of our home. Looking forward to using them again on your cottage renovation next year.

Superior quality of products and service. Professional team from beginning to end. Even during the pandemic last year, their team did everything possible to get the job done within a reasonable delay. True to their word, not once did they attempt to take advantage of the Covid situation to price “gouge”.
