★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great first impression and the windows are beautiful, HOWEVER if you are looking for customer service don’t bother. Once money has exchanged hands, you’re on your own. Brand new door and hardware installed in May, the lock was unsuccessfully repaired once in June and we are still waiting for our multiple “service calls” to be completed. We believe that you get what you pay for but this is NOT the case with Royalty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the mandate of finding a supplier for the replacement of all doors & windows of our condo association (4 units in total). After months of extensive research, I had a few companies on my shortlist...the one company that stood out from the rest was Groupe Royalty. Both the owner (Tony) and our sales representative (Alberto) were professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to all my inquiries. In addition, I had to deal with many constraints imposed by our municipality during the process (urbanism + technical aspects + design) and the company went above and beyond to meet all their requirements.
The best part is we were advised that our new windows & doors would be delivered and installed likely in late Oct 2020. Imagine my pleasant surprise when in mid-Sep, I received a call from the owner advising that they were a few weeks ahead of schedule...anyhow, the company installed our doors & windows this past week and the process was very efficient. The installation team was clean, precise in their work, friendly, and did a superb job overall.
All of the condo unit owners are happy with the quality of the product, the competitive prices, and the overall experience. I highly recommended this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the front windows and the front door installed recently. I love my front door. We hired Royalty to do that. Boyd was really helpful and gave us a great deal for the price. The quality is great. We are very happy with everything. I recommended Royalty to our neighbors. They are also very satisfied. We will definitely recommend Royalty. They were recommended to us by our work colleagues. Thank you Joe for the referral!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly managed company. Poor customer service and how they talk to you look like you getting windows for free!!! Installation was good but overall experience was terrible. Now let’s see how the product quality stays because unprofessional sales rep was given me high price after reduced it 40%. I suggest be careful with company and never accept their high price and unprofessional customer service…will not recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company, never I will order from them again! From the moment you pay them, forget about any service. Managers don’t answer calls. Delivery date changed from August to end of October and we are still waiting for our windows in mid November… I am not sure right now that windows will be good quality and installation go smoothly.
PS Reply is not honest. We never got a call about delays. We called several times for a few weeks without any luck. After we found a phone number of secretary she answered and started justifying delays by people on vacation or being sick.

Windows were delivered and installed in mid December. Windows are good quality and installation went good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed once they have the money they will not show up for work until you harass them. The installation was quick but the quality of their windows is trash. Got windows and door fixed 1 month later most of window handles are broke and the door is barely closing. Having to call them several times to come fix these issues never again doing service with them or recommending them to no one please be careful where you spent such amount of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Log homes are hard to trim out. No two logs are the same width, height or angle. Most immediate impact is the light that comes in and outside noise stays outside! Boyd was a great resource in choosing the style and color. The install team is quiet, concise and innovative. 8 months in the making and now we get to enjoy! 3rd time customer @ Royalty. It’s a winner every time.
