★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delay after delay in installation caused the installation to be done in mid January of 2021. The installation team installed the windows crooked, not level, and damaged the outside of the windows. So we got brand new windows that were all scratched and scuffed. We contacted our sales representative countless number of times to have the issue fixed. He told us a repair person would come and replace the PVC pieces that were scratched. A group of guys showed up one day and started painting the windows with nail polish. We told them to stop that we were told the PVC pieces would be replaced. They said no, took pictures and left. We contacted this company time and again and received a reply saying that was the way it was too bad. We sent a registered letter in Sept of last year asking for our money back, after that two guys showed up to try to convince us this wasn’t a big deal and said they would fix the problem. We never heard from them again, we tried calling again and again. Nothing. This company is a bunch of frauds that have no professionalism when I comes to installing windows. We have filed a complaint with the RBQ as well as with Consumer Protection, and we will be taking them to court to obtain a full refund. Not only do they do a poor job installing windows, they treat their customers like garbage and disappear when there is an issue. Don’t trust this company, there are much better companies out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unisson’s Windows and Doors are being installed across a whole big renovation in my apartment building. I like the product since it has a simple design, a good design, and is of good quality. The staff have also been really helpful in coming to the job site to gather measurements and ensure that all orders are handled efficiently from start to finish. In three months, the project will be finished. However, everything has gone well thus far. They will return to ensure that all windows and doors are in working order, as well as make any necessary changes and adjustments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unisson staff replaced my front and back entry doors, and they did an AMAZING job! The doors are just stunning... The men who came to install the doors were efficient and precise in their work, which included increasing the size of my front door frame (from 27 to 32 inches), which was greatly necessary for the house but also quite a task! Seeing them install the doors made me understand how difficult it is to install them, and I am grateful for all of the hard work and craftsmanship that went into the job at my house. I'd like to express my gratitude to everyone involved in installing my new doors, for answering all of my questions and providing my husband and me with secure and good-looking doors.

Unisson Groupe, unlike even the best contractors, has never been late or forced to revise the plan midway through a project. Their price was excellent, and their quality was outstanding, but they were also incredibly easy to work with. Very diligent in getting the details and scheduling right, and even finished the project ahead of schedule. Strongly recommended!

We had such a positive experience with our windows in our home that we were confident in the product quality, service, and installation team. We'd placed an order for new doors and couldn't wait to have them installed. Fortunately, we were able to find a design that was both appropriate for our home and beautiful to us. The doors are wonderful, and we've already had several compliments on them. The installation crew and the service were both excellent. Even after the installation, we received exceptional service and all of our requirements were met.
