★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suite à la rénovation d'un 2e étage complet, nous avons commandé pour 9000$ de portes et fenêtres chez magistral. Le tout commence avec 3 semaines de retard sur la livraisons ( assez standard chez magistral)
Plusieurs erreurs ont eu lieu, mauvaise ouverture de fenêtre, mauvaise finition de porte et par dessus tout, nous avons des fenêtres à battant qui n'ont pas la même finition à gauche et à droite. Aucun retour d'appel du service à la clientèle et notre vendeur ne nous revient pas sur aucun sujet.
Pensez-y avant d'acheter des fenêtres à une compagnie qui dépense autant en marketing et en publicité et qui à un service après vente innexsitant.
Following the renovation of a 2nd complete floor, we ordered for $ 9000 of doors and windows at magistral. It all starts with 3 weeks delay on deliveries (pretty standard at magistral)
Several errors have occurred, bad window opening, poor door finish and above all we have casement windows that do not have the same finish left and right. No call back from customer service and our seller does not return to us on any subject.
Think about it before buying windows from a company that spends so much on marketing and advertising and on an inexpensive after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toutes les portes et fenêtres choisies à votre succursale pour une maison neuve. Très mauvais service après-vente. Demande de service faite il y a 4 mois pour une porte neuve défectueuse, personne n’est venu reparer encore… Plusieurs messages laissés, ils ne retournent pas les appels. Pas moyen de parler à quelqu’un, toujours une boîte vocale au departement de service.
Edit: étrangement, après avoir laissé un mauvais review, j’ai réussi à parler à quelqu’un qui m’a cédulé un rendez-vous de service dans 2 semaines…
All the doors and windows chosen at your branch for a new home. Very poor after-sales service. Service request made 4 months ago for a defective new door, no one has come to repair yet… Several messages left, they do not return calls. No way to speak to anyone, always a voicemail at the service department.
Edit: strangely, after leaving a bad review, I managed to speak to someone who scheduled me for a service appointment in 2 weeks…

It took time and a few return visits, but eventually it was installed to our satisfaction. Thank you to Francois for being available and for responding to each of the issues. Our front door looks good now.
