★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Shari dining table 3 years ago. Got my order after 4 month. Very poor wood quality. Cracked wood that is fixed poorly. Imagine with those obvious defects, they didn't hesitate to deliver them to the trustful customers who waited few months to receive his order. Then we didn't return cuz we really need them on that time. Now cracks are getting wider.
Parts got loose after one time moving and reassembling.
Go with Ikea with lower price, even or better quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five years ago I had a bad experience when purchasing items not in stock and the date of arrival being moved up for months. Now I gave them a second chance and purchased a kitchen set in December and the date of arrival has once again moved. I’m not convinced this is strictly a pandemic issue but a company philosophy that believes it’s ok to deceive their customers. Maybe they use this method as a type of system to secure funds from customers so they can keep their company going just until we cancel and the next order comes in. Like the first order, I’ll be canceling this one as well. At least refunds are easy as all you have to do is go to the store and it takes 5 minutes at the counter. On the positive side the items I’ve manage to buy in the past were well priced and decent quality. Not worth the aggravation in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed they didn't have any sofa beds on display. The avanti is well over 3,000 and I would of preferred to looking at it and trying it out before making such a purchase. I'll try another Structube that has it on display. I don't justify paying a lot for something I cannot see with my own eyes and touch with my own hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sectional we bought broke in 1 week. The replacement we got was 2 of the same piece, so there was no way to assemble it. Delivery is a pain because they don't deliver on weekday evenings, so we wasted 3 days in 3 weekends receiving, replacing and returning the sectional. We were patient with the employees, and while they were understanding, they don't have the ability to make up for the inconvenience this caused us.
Overall: cheap made in China garbage that breaks, inconvenient delivery times, and poor customer service. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some chairs with Structube and there were some issues with delivery due to low inventory. I had ordered them a while ago but I really needed to have these chairs (which were not yet delivered). Not only was the manager Gloria super accommodating, but she was also very nice and helpful. She processed the return without a problem and provided excellent customer service. Truly nice to have an understanding manager who is willing to help the customer and ensure a positive outcome! Highly recommend!
