I have no words to explain how good it felt to have great customer service. The after sale service from Marie at Head Office was excellent! Marie accomodated me with my request. Very impressive. I purchased other items within the same week and Alexy was super nice. I highly recommend Alexy. Thank you very much to the team at Mobilia. Very happy customer.

Nearly one year ago (Feb 2021), I ordered a custom bed at this location. The salesperson was super friendly and helpful. I agreed to wait approximately eight months for the bed to be delivered. In October 2021 (8 months later), I called to check the status of my order. They confirmed that the bed would be delayed until December 2021. While I was disappointed, I remained understanding as I am aware that Covid has impacted production and logistics worldwide. Then in December, I went to the store to check the status of my order. To my surprise, the bed had arrived a few weeks early. However, no one contacted me. Nevertheless, I was extremely happy to finally get my bed. I scheduled a delivery for December 18, which would allow me enough time to get rid of my old bed and prepare the space. Finally, December 18 arrived and I was the first delivery of the day. The delivery workers were super kind and proceeded to set up the bed. Within 15 mins of the setup, they acknowledged that there was a problem. The custom queen headboard was exactly as I ordered. However, the sideboards and footboard came in the wrong colour and size (they sent King-sized). WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Just a few days before the holidays and I had no bed. I was told that it would take some time to figure out the location of the missing pieces of my bed. I was promised a replacement in the meantime. It took three weeks to receive the replacement bed. So, I spent the entire holiday season without a bed. Now, it's been 11 months since I first ordered my bed at Mobilia and I still don't have answers as to when I will receive it, even though I paid for it in full. Did the manufacturer in Italy send the wrong pieces? Did the pieces arrive from Italy and are misplaced in the Montreal warehouse? Until today, no one can provide me with an answer. I can forgive logistic delays. But, I have a hard time remaining understanding when there is evidence of incompetency. Such errors should have been signalled before delivery to my house. While the staff at the store have been courteous, it is not enough. This is the worst furniture shopping experience I have ever endured and I would not recommend it.

My wife and I had the best experience with Julie! We were unable to decide on the type of dining chairs for our beautiful epoxy table until we had the pleasure of meeting Julie and getting her expert advise. After showing her a pic she knew exactly what to show us! Her taste, her professionalism, her knowledge, her honesty went above and beyond! We are extremely grateful for her excellent service!!!

I'm not one to go out of my way with reviews, but I had to take the time to give a big THANK YOU to Mobilia in Pointe-Claire!! The service was absolutely fantastic... They have the greatest selection and great quality products. I can't shop anywhere else.... I always come back to Mobilia. Great staff as always and very accommodating.

Swivel bar stool shopping again. Did not visit this place since buying a set of Italian sofa years ago, excellent quality. This visit impressed me a lot about the collection now. The company becomes more modern and diversify , and can meet the challenge of a different market. Though I did not find the item I wanted, I am sure I will be back very soon to pick up others.

I came to this store looking for a bedroom set and was greeted by their very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a wide variety of modern furniture and great quality. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend!

I bought three sofas and two armchairs almost 4 years ago. The sofas (two of them with electric mechanism and one with manual headrest mechanism) are all good so far, very comfortable and without any problems. However, for the armchairs, the support for both broke very quickly, a few months after the end of the guarantee. I called the store at that time to fix it, but they said the warranty was over. Tried to fix it myself, not perfect and durable, but functional. Recently I walked past the store again and explained the problem in person. Management called me back within a few days and accepted that the problem was a production defect and scheduled an appointment for their technician to come and fix the chairs. The technician, who was very nice and experienced, repaired them completely and confirmed that a step of welding the brackets had been completely missed at the factory, a quality control problem. Now the armchairs are in perfect condition. I am really satisfied with the client support that this store provided me. I hope the factory has also improved their quality control procedure to prevent such a big mistake.
