★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have great selection and the prices are good for the quality you get. We went there numerous times to add to our order and change articles. Manon (Dorval location on Sources) our sales rep super nice and patient. Yannick also, helped us tremendously. You will not be dissapointed. Ask for Manon and she will be glad to help you and give you her expert advise. Can't wait to receive our new patio living room set and dinning set.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention before buying a Jacuzzi!
Product feels great but the service is one of the biggest situations when you're paying for something expensive you should always make sure that the services that are provided can suit your situations accordingly for emergencies especially while dealing with jacuzzis in the winter they should actually have a phone line that does troubleshooting not just takes people's information and then sends someone to repair it honestly if you're thinking of buying a Jacuzzi think twice.
After calling first the store never answers the phone lines.
Second of all biggest situation that I had experienced with my jacuzzi wasn't functioning properly was informed that I had to wait for someone to come fix and to put heaters all around the jacuzzi during the time that it is snowing outside it is extremely dangerous for the jacuzzi and for the heaters to run overnight can cause damages.
**If you are looking into buying a Jacuzzi I would recommend you to inform them to have a service line active
And a service line that can actually troubleshoot small situations.
Biggest opinion I wouldn't recommend buying from them
Please inform me which manager or supervisor I would be able to speak to to assist me within my situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the pool in 2020. I paid 250$ for the closing that year and summer 2021 my pool was infested with alge. Also that summer there was a tear in the liner which they did fix. Now was all ready to do the opening and noticed a straight crack from the 3 way to the adjoining valve connector. They now tell me that the pieces "which are unremovable and should withstand our climat" only have 1 year guarantee. Seeing as I did my closing myself, it must have been caused by my inadequacy to follow the closing instructions so no guarantee. And would have been replaced if they did my closing. Consulted a competitor and they advised me that that would be replaced no charge due to faulty instalation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my first above ground pool but they sold me the most expensive filter system. Cartridges $500.00 .good for 2 summers. Now I bought a sand filter system for the same price of a cartridge and cheaper to maintain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that they have good expertise, but it has been very hard to get a hold of them. I have called 3 times and left message, but no response. I called the central and I am on hold for more then 40 min. I cannot find an email address...It does not matter if you know how to fix a problem, but you are not available to talk to a client. Hopefully they will solve this issue.
After they reply I contacted the email and was ensured that I would received an answer yesterday......I am still waiting. I just removed another star from the evaluation...It is so frustrating. I hope Club Piscine has a better attention to customer.
