The worst store post-sale service you can imagine. I had a leakage from my spa, at the time I wanted to reopen it (I bought the spa last summer from Club Piscine Pierrefonds). I called them and a technician came for 10 minutes to check the issue, and they charged me $150.00. I was advised that it wasn't covered under the warranty. They asked me to pay over $1000.00 in advance before getting it fixed. I asked for an explanation for such a price, they said they will send 2 technicians and that the labor will take 4 hours. ($100/hour) + the replacement piece would cost $300. They sent only one tech and took him 1.5 hours to fix it, plus the replacement piece actually cost only $33.00 (the price was verified by a worker at their own store). I tried to renegotiate with them to refund me the difference I am owed according to the breakdown they had provided, but they decided to refund me less than half of what I am owed, without providing further explanation on where that amount came from. I have tried to contact them on multiple occasions and now they have been ignoring me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I believe that Club Piscine Pierrefonds are running a scam, they are all liars and dishonest.

Great service when you buy Stuffs BUT terrible customer services after buying. It took me about one and half months to get the quality issue solved. When I called in on April 27th, Diane replied immediately that “ we don’t have a quality issue” without even asking details. After explaining, I was requested to send email. So I did. Then no response. Few more phone calls and emails don’t make any progress at all. So I came to the store in person, then I got feedback that I can do exchange. Today @June 8th, I have sent a message to Melissa in the morning that I will be coming over today for the exchange. However, it took me a hour to wait at the front desk. I was told that both Melissa and Diane were busy. I have to be patient. Finally the girl working at the front desk did the paper work and handed it over to me without saying a single word. I am totally understand pandemic is slowing down the working efficiency and I do have patients enough to wait and wait... but unprofessional attitude is really zero tolerance... I will never go back to this store for the any new purchasing anymore.

The hours are not convenient at all. Opens at 10am and closes at 5pm on a weekday. Tailored to retired folks or people who do not work day jobs.

I bought last year a 10 buy 10 ft gazebo with a metal roof and installation after the work was done the next day I noticed 3 holes i roof i called to get that part changed i reserved that part they promised me to come early spring nerver come never will buy anything their

This is the most straight forward review I can possibly write. First off all the sales staff will promise you anything to make the sale...Over promise but under deliver. We were told our pool would be installed first or second week in June, maybe late May if we were lucky. The pool was finally installed 3rd week of July (1 1/2 months late). I spoke to the sales man and he blames it on bad weather and lack of installation crews (even though May and June was practically a drought). After filing in their on line complaint form, I spoke to the Service manager and he points the finger at sales for over promising with aggressive delivery dates. The kicker was speaking to the sales manager. The best way I can describe his attitude was defensive and hostile. His best defense was Trevi is just as bad as us. He blames the delays with installations on uneven terrains and large roots. My suggestion to him was maybe someone should ask the question or visit the site before they promise installation time frames. To this the response was they used to but people lie. Needless to say I did not get anywhere with them. Time came where the pool was finally installed. This is where the rest of the surprises came about. First of all to our dismay they don't take away the grass and earth but rather pile it in your yard for you to dispose of. Would have been nice to have been told this up front. Has anyone ever tried to get rid of a pile of earth and grass? Secondly despite our sales rep telling us to supply the valves for the heater bypass and it would not be an issue for the crew to install it "no big deal, a couple of pipes" in his words. Turns out that the installers charge a couple of hundred dollars for the no big deal job. All that said and done the installation is complete. Would I ever set foot back in Club Piscine Pierrefonds, I think not. Be careful when ordering a pool. Get everything in writing down to the last detail.

There is one period of the season for pool opening. Somehow, this store manages to always to run out of simple items, like salt cell cleaner, PVC pieces, chlorine, you name it. The worst managed Club Piscine around. Simply go down the road to Club Piscine Vaudreuil, sure a 20 minute drive, but always well stocked with competent nice service.

Finally didn't take long to get my problem out same day with Matthew. There was a glitch in the planning. Matthew was kind enough to put out service for the next day, a job well done. Keep up the good work. Happy customer.

We purchased a pool last year (2021). Installation was done by kids. Piping were leaking from day one. Club piscine had to send a repair technician to re-do the piping. Upon delivery of our heater, the front control panel got damaged. We reported the problem and they sent a replacement 1 month later. That replacement heater was leaking water now. We have been calling, sending email, made visits in person at the store in Pierrefonds, made more calls, sent email videos... We are now in 2022 and they are still dodging us... In progress... 25-5-22: after making this Google review, we finally received a call back from, what seemed like a manager. They finally agreed to replace my heater but they said they only had "new, open box" left in store of my heater model. He assured me it was new and fully functional... After I finished installing the heater, I noticed the command buttons are not responsive. We have to press 4-6x in order to get it to comply. Today, my pool water is not regulated to the desired tempeture and the heater grill is covered in ice... I called and sebt an email. In progress...
