After I got an appointment, I felt in the right place to complete my tax returns, Jacques a knowledgeable in the field, professional, orderly and qualified, I liked his service I recommend him for your accounting needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je fais faire mes impôts depuis 15 ans chez Mariette.
-À trois reprises, le fils de Mariette ma donnée rendez-vous mais n'étais pas présent lorsque j'arrive. Lorsque je lui ai reproché il m’a crié après et m’a dit que c'était mon problème car je faisais faire mes impôts après la période d'impôts normale.
-Ils ont été en retard 5 fois à nos rendez-vous à moi et ma famille.
-Ils m'ont parler d'un ton hostile car je leur ai demandé de faire parvenir mes documents par courriel. Ils sont trop vieux pour comprendre le concept de courriel en 2021.
-Ils n'acceptent pas interact ou crédits en 2021.
-Ils n'ont pas d'air climatisé et en temps de canicule leurs bureaux sont invivables.
En gros, bien qu'il fasse bien leur travail, ils ont une attitude et un service à la clientèle qui tend vers l'immaturité et le manque de professionnalisme.
I have had my taxes done for 15 years at Mariette.
-Three times, Mariette's son gave me an appointment but was not present when I arrived. When I scolded him he yelled at me and said it was my problem because I was doing my taxes after the normal tax period.
-They were late 5 times for our appointments to me and my family.
-They spoke to me in a hostile tone because I asked them to send my documents by email. They are too old to understand the concept of email in 2021.
-They do not accept interact or credits in 2021.
-They have no air conditioning and in times of heat wave their offices are unliveable.
Basically, while they do their job well, they have an attitude and customer service that tends towards immaturity and unprofessionalism.
