Michael and his team have been of great help for my tax returns over the years. Michael even went above and beyond and helped out on my last Canadian tax return after I had already moved from Canada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude (Michael) and impatient, on top of that he made a mistake in my tax filing for the year of 2019, almost cost me thousands of dollars. I will not return again.
Update: Look at his childish response: basically, He divulges private client information in public (can be easily sued for that) just to cover up on the mistake he did with my taxes. His terrible mistake was that he confused rental income with self employment, and almost cost me thousands of dollars to pay back, and I, being a law student and able to read government regulations, I found his mistake and called him out on it, and as always he got very defensive, but never apologized. I think he has a very bad personality and lack the basic accounting knowledge.
In terms of the two missed appointments with him, it was during the height of COVID-19 lockdowns, and everything was shut, and I did not know whether I should come or do online, or whether his store was opened at all, so as a result he stopped wanting to offer me his "services". Big thanks for him being understanding and empathetic.

If any mistake happens during the process (No matter who caused it), he fixes it without any issue and in a collaborative way to his best capability. Make sure you get your appointment in advance for the tax season ?
