I shopped at this store on October 25, 2021 and bought 9 bags of concrete mix each weighing 30kg. And it turned out there was no men available to help me put the bags of concrete in my car. When I asked to kindly ask any men who work inside to help me out, the store manager refused. The only person who was available at the parking lot was a woman Rachelle. So, I had no choice but to load together with Rachelle 9 30kg bags into my car. Thanks to Rachelle, but the store needs to find some man for the parking lot.

Some employees are really lazy. Not willing to help. There was a guy named Henry, with white hair, maybe in his 50s, he was working on 27th of November 2021 around 12.30pm and I asked him for something specific, on their website it says they have 36 items in stock, so I explained him that I couldn't find it on the shelf and it says there are 36 in stock so if he could help me to find one. His response was "not everything is true that you see online, why don't you just go rent one near hymus it would be cheaper " I thanked him and returned to cash and find another employee, I believe his name is Paul he asked me to follow him back and it was on the top shelf so he had to grab the big ladder to claim up to get one for me. While the guy helping Henry passes by so I told him they are on the top shelf, and his answer was "silence" anyway Thanks to Paul.

I will never go back here. I was a customer i bought thousands of dollar worth products (renovating our house and …) i bought a Bosch migter saw 10/25/2021 and i wasn't happy with it, didn't suite my needs. I brought it back 11/11/2021 and the manager told me in very rude tone that she can not accept because it is used. At the back of sale recipe it clearly says it can be returned within 90 days (exceptions are parts cut in store ,sanitary products, gas motors that was used) nothing that my situation falls under. Also i confirmed at check out if i can return if its open and they said yes . I called customer service for an hour and they told me i was right and they created a case but this morning they called from store and told me they can accept or deny returns ! So don't trust.

Located at the corner of Blvd Brunswick and Ave Fairview, it's part of Fairwiew shopping mall, with it's own entrance and parking lot, this home hardware store has everything you need for home renovation, it's part of Rona banner, with unique layout and supplies, it serves west island residents for many years, it has huge selection of home renovation materials, facing heavy competition from Homedepot, it still offer good choices for customers.

20 min 3 calls over the intercom for someone to come to the material counter and no one comes . And managers don't even care all they can say is I'll try to call someone else . Let me tell you customer service has disappeared . Then they wonder why people order of Amazon or etc.

Good variety of merchandise on the store. Staff is friendly, greets you with a smile and a hello. I asked a few questions and received a very prompt and knowlegable response. Very comfortable hardware store to shop and browse in especially when the staff is catering to the clients in a very friendly and professional manner. Would recommend this store to everyone as long as the staff continues to treat there clients with such great respect. Good job Reno-Depot in the Pointe Claire location.

I went to buy some light bulbs and Halloween decorations, and the lady who helped me by letting me in on a sale happening the next day was tremendous! So I bought my bulbs and came back the next day for the best sale. When I went to use my native status card at the register he first time was great, the young man who just started just had to call the manager and it was entered. Easy! The second day the lady told me they didn't take it and I have to go to customer service, so I had to insist a few times before she got help, then they asked me where I live and photocopied my ID and my card and the cashier rolled her eyes a few times and made checking out a terrible experience.
