★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE SERVICE. Maybe their employees are racist? Lazy? Stuck up? Who knows?
I went in to buy a bag. I waited for service, and asked twice. After about 15 - 20 minuntes, I just left. I did however catch a sale associate on the way out. I let her know the service is horrible and I would never come back.
I headed over to coach right across from them. Where the service was amazing, and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plastic and brand chasing lives at their best. For about $10 of leather, innerlining and zippers, this brand takes full advantage of it's name to ensure clients pay huge markups to have the golden MK dangle on the side of the purse.
Nice store layout, polite staff.

I got some pictures before I return it. Also how I packed that bag everything same they send to me. this is really cheat to me from your company. I was bought so many products from michael kors before .Why your company doing like this thing for customers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocked! Cold and impolite employees.... all 4 times I've gone. Didn't even look up when I walk in, no welcome. Cashier didn't even greet me or even look up at me! Just took my returns and started punching the register.
Manager came over to help, didn't look at me or say hello. The whole time was cold, felt unpleasant to shop there.
I don't even think I saw a smile my whole time there. The rest of the mall employees are very very nice, so.... is it the color of my skin?
3rd employee to act this way so it must be a "thing" there to treat certain customers that way, it seems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever ! They never say hi or smile. The way they come ask you if you’re ok and making a face makes me never go back there ! They should learn from Coach ! Super friendly and polite.
MK doesn’t belong to you guys, you guys are working for MK so don’t act as if you own it!

I mailed my items with proof from Canada Post. I was told they didn't receive my items, but had an email from them directly saying they had my products.
I also had an email they sent to a 3rd party saying they had the items.
FRAUD.

They just kept talking to each other as if i wasn't there, not even a single welcome. Very stuck up people. You guys should take it from Coach... WAY better service and they treat you like actual people
