★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left a steel chain there on June 25th, 2018 to be fixed (broken and needing to get links checked). I was told it should be ready in a week.
Three weeks later, I still had not received any news. I called and was told that it was ready and someone should've called me. Once there to pick up the chain, the person behind the counter and I take it out of the bag to see absolutely NOTHING had been done to it. This is when another employee said they'd probably have to send it out to get it repaired.
So I waited around three weeks to have absolutely nothing done to a chain, only to be told it was ready and then find out it hasn't even been touched.
I am very disappointed and I CANNOT recommend this jewelry store in the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every member of the staff is amazing. Sabrina is who I have been dealing with for at least two years. I have always been amazed by her knowledge, advice and patience. Honestly though great experience at Pointe-Claire. Hard to find better service anywhere.

This is the second time now we give this store a browse, first experience was the same, thought we would take another chance. Never again!!
