★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DOUBLE-TALKING THIEVES, THEY'LL RIP YOU OFF, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Brought a Bulova watch to be repaired in JUNE for the metal of the #2 to be set back in place, paid shipping costs, watch came back in July. Paid for the repair, got home and realized that the metal was crooked, BAD REPAIR. Showed it to them, they sent it back, waited another couple of weeks. Watch came back with the metal set right but now the all the metal for the #1 was completely missing! They tried to tell me that it was missing all the time! (the watch was never opened until them). They showed me blurry pictures that proved nothing. They told me that the repair company will have a picture of how the watch arrived, but he was on vacation until the end of September! I went back to the store a few days ago (October now!). They did not provide me with 'proof' that the metal was never there . They admitted that maybe the repair shop lost it and didn't realize it. Then the manager, who resembles Watto from Star Wars, double-talks me, saying that he won't charge me for some fake added charge, making me feel like I was getting money back, told me a pack of "customer is always right" lies. When I challenged him about it, he refused to pay me back for the repair. He would not admit that he made the watch worse!

Price ridiculous high. 30$ for two pins that hold a watch braclet, its crazy. I understand everybody need to make some profit. But this is exageration. When 180 is 9.99$

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcharged me a lot. 40$ to change a watch battery, then quotes me 80$ to get a chain fixed. I got the chain fixed at another place, for 25$.
I am younger, and was trying on watches. After the looks they gave me, I lost all intention of buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came into the store with a broken clasp on my necklace. They told me they could not repair it in store, it had to be sent to be fixed. They charged me $75. I received my necklace back after it was supposedly "repaired" and it broke again, even worse this time, only 5 days after getting it back. When I called the store to see what they could do they rudely told me to bring my receipt back so they could send it back again to get repaired or that there was nothing they could do for me.
I went to a different reputable jeweler who repaired my necklace on the spot for $20.
I will never go back to this place. Not only do they upcharge for horrible "service" but they also just simply do not care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quoted $280+tax to have 2 rings, that had belonged to my mother, to be resized (smaller) and she said would even throw in a "free" rhodium plating for one of the rings. I was told it would take 3 - 4 weeks. Two days later, after reading the reviews, I called and cancelled the order, picked up the rings. I took them to a reputable jewelry store downtown with over 700 5-star reviews that someone I knew had previously dealt with. I received a quote of $110+tax for both rings and they will be ready in a week! The 20 minute hunt for parking downtown was worth it in the long run. You will keep getting one star reviews if you continue to rip off your customers. Unless you just don't care.
