★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu su service a la clientèle. Quand la vendeuse dit aller te chercher une taille dans le magasin. Tu attends, attends, attends. Tu sors de la cabine et elle te dit je suis occupé avec une cliente! Bravo! Moi aussi je suis une cliente!
Very disappointed with customer service. When the saleswoman says go get a size from the store. You wait, wait, wait. You come out of the cabin and she tells you I'm busy with a client! Well done! I too am a client!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience shopping at Lilianne. I was helped by a salesperson Melanie who in my mind was the perfect saleslady, knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy. I'm happy with my purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this store looking for pajamas hoping to be served kindly by someone but unfortunately the lady working today ruined my day! first she accused me of making a mess, rushing me to try things on and telling me that i have too much and to stop. She also complained that her job isnt just to fix clothes coming off the hangers all day, then didn't trust me in the changing room or something? oh also telling me, a pregnant woman that things won't fit me. coming out of the changing room i gave her everything and she told me one item was missing OH PLEASE as if id steal her damn pajama! Then I am at the cash and there was a woman behind me and tells the woman to pass me and that she prefers to serve that woman first?! I was so frustrated instead of just walking out i told her could you keep it on the side please ill be back, she replies "NO WITH EVERYTHING U TRIED ON I'M NOT KEEPING IT ON THE SIDE FOR YOU, JUST NO" ... WOW at this point I've had enough i dropped my stuff told her she was rude and very unpleasant and left. I have never been treated this badly in a store before ..people like her shouldn't be working for the public. Never stepping foot in there again and she lost a huge sale! too bad for this miserable woman who picks and chooses who she wants to be nice with. VERY UNFORTUNATE.
