★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly didn't think that one of the staff would be that rude. My mom wanted to enter the store so she presented her vaccination passport and shower her work ID that has her picture and her full name. They treated her like she was a liar and we're just outerly disrespectful. I was behind completely shocked that they were just mocking her and imitating how she's talking. I sense that because she's an immigrant and her french isn't the best, the staff just let himself go by disrespecting her and treating the situation as if it's a joke. Like you're not Ali Baba gatekeeping your treasure. Just let know that you need the date on her ID or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disgusted on the services that they provide they do not even have a direct phone number to the store anymore there is no good proper services even on the service line after asking for a supervisor they make me go on hold for 35 minutes and hang up multiple times I am extremely mad and I would like to inform you guys to not buy any items from this company after asking for a supervisor multiple times they state that they don't have one they state that they have one after they've been playing around and I am extremely mad and I have not received my product after the fact that I have paid for an item that stated that it was available on the website I have informed them that it is false advertisation due to the factors of being able to state that they have in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad explanations from the kids, everyone is a kids, very very lots of laughing to me from the BestBuy service Manager. I will call Toronto Cheef office to complain of Chinese racisms and abuse. Not a Serious company not to buy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Buy Pointe-Claire, is a decent place to get all your electronics. I just feel that they need better training, more staff, security and just overall a better experience and layout of the store. I feel like it is a little bit messy and not clean. Some employees are nice some not but they need to change that. Also, they need to start looking at ways for electronics to be better presented to the customers.
A great for electronics and hope to see changes in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dread going to Best Buy and was so pleasantly surprised to find a stellar employee in the appliance section who went above and beyond to help find the best deal and fit for my purposes. He was knowledgeable, courteous and took his time which is such a rarity these days and made what I thought would be a long and horrible experience into such a nice one. Five stars for Vincent :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most exciting day to shop at Best Buy, Black Friday sales is always interesting with a lot of staff working, holiday promotion and have great feeling of holiday spirit even at pandemic. No one leave this place empty handed.It took ten minutes to pass the line to the cashier, no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just visited Best Buy. The store was very exciting. You feel close to technology. Like other big stores, they checked the vaccine passport at the beginning of the arrival. The number of employees was good, so if you had any questions you could easily find someone to help.
