★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best PC and PC component store around. Great service and it's awesome to see that when (which isn't often) they don't have an answer to a question, they'll actually work to figure it out and not shrug you off.
Not sure if they just have a ton of online traffic but their website is always slow to load.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in because I had an ASUS Motherboard issues. Morty was super polite as well as his Staff members. They told me Diagnostics would take around 2-3 days. Got a call the very next day for pick up. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong, what they did etc.
For people who were complaining about the prices and such, they have on both their website and in person how much changing parts are. I feel it was as if people didn't take the time to ask "How much is it to change X part." Many of the negative comments can be avoided by just asking a simple question.
Guys, thank you very much. I know it's a difficult time for everyone, but you really took the time and effort for excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold me a part that doesn't fit my CPU and wouldn't refund my money even though the staff said it would fit. Also brought my computer in for repairs and didn't actually fix it.
Very disappointed. Will not shop here again.

If the owners response to my recent visit isn't enough to show you why you shouldn't spend your money here there's plenty more down the line for you to read. Check out Canada Computers or order your parts from Newegg.ca they're great companies.

Edit: Fake review? I walked out of your store on St-Jean boulevard, across the street from Fairview Mall this Friday March 4th.
Reason: Lack of tact on behalf of your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the place in St-Hubert, had a store credit that was suppose to never expired. When contacted the other store, based on the assomption that the other store never send the money, the credit is no longer valid!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in for a component, was advised it is the correct one and it was final sale. The part they gave me was not what I actually needed. Owner said he would take it back over the phone, but when I got to the store, he only offered store credit.. I love to support local businesses, but his stuff is marked up wildly. Owner started yelling, very unprofessional. Honestly, drive to Canada computers down the street, they are knowledgeable, polite, competitive and actually take returns...
Edit: as you can see, the owners comments are proof of the level of professionalism in this establishment. He can harp all that he likes, I told him in person that I was disappointed with the service and I am simply echoing it here as well. Maybe after enough poor reviews, you can adapt to today's clients.
