★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store for printing some documents. The two girls working in the printing centre didn't know how to do the job. There was a long line of people waiting to receive the service and the two girls were chitchating ignoring the people who were waiting. After waiting for 30 minutes, they couldn't print my documents and I left the store.

There is a woman there at the services counter that I call Big Mom (she's actually not big physically) she gets things moving always, she also deflects disrespect like a black belt. I appreciate that.

But I got a good deal and the effort from the salesman was there. Every retailer has the same problem

I waited for 20mins for someone to assist to only be told after that they did not have stock. they didnt try very hard. drove yo ddo location, in and out in 5 mins with what i was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much staff here, the printing lab served 4 people behind me in line and interrupted my service to help some people coming back. Maybe it's my coloured hair or moccasins but I felt pushed aside. Once I was actually served though the new girl really helped me out. And even ran to the aisle to get the price on an item that wasn't priced properly. I also saw some cashiers playing on their phone and goofing off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going there for many years and using all the services and making purchases occasionally and have been very satisfied with the products, price, and staff. They are usually very helpful when you can get their attention. But their newest hire Kimberly is by far the most helpful, and affable employee they have ever had. She is always very helpful and polite. Every time I go there it is a pleasure to have her help me and explain how to use the copy and scanning machine. Thank you so much Kimberly and Bureau En Gros for hiring her.
