★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for Thursday after work. Showed up on time, said I had an appointment for a screen repair where promptly the guy behind the cash went to check his price book, for which I told him the price without him looking because I had spoken to an agent online.
He then proceeded to tell me he didn't have the part for my phone and would have to order it. Total waste of time and extremely unprofessional. After I said, "why bother making appointments if you won't have the part" did he even bother to check his computer.
Complained online to the website only to say it will be "escalated to the store". Haven't heard a thing since. Total waste of time.
