★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude employees. I went in with the intention of buying something for my friend and myself, after waiting in line for a while (which was fine), they didn't even let us look at anything and asked us to step aside so they could serve the 2 girls behind us. How come I didn't see them asking this to anyone else? I was only there for not even 5 mins after waiting in line for a long time. My friend and I decided not to waste our money here and we just left. They clearly don't know how to treat their customers of colour with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a friend and waited 20 min we were first in line. When I got in I was not allowed to shop with my friend because there were people outside waiting. I was told I would need my own saleswoman which was fine but then I was not even allowed to look around. I will never in my life walk back into your store. Horrible customer service amd extremely rude. Was my first and last time in the store. I understand there is are pandemic rules, but have some common sense that if I don't know what you have in the store I need to look around. I was told I could go outside and look in from the window.

Just find an excuse or an occasion to come back again, again, again and again, one piece at a time, for treasure for memory or for celebration. The real reason, most of the time, is not on the date, time, occasion or the item itself. If ever asked to give a reason, just say Love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s around 5pm, people came to Pandora store after a long working day for picking gifts for their loved ones. Five vendors are in the middle of the store serving two customers at a time. The time per customer is 40-45 minutes, that means I was the third in the line when I came and I spent there an hour and there is one more couple in front of me. The vendors are laughing and offering to the two customers inside all kind of individual presentation of different items from catalogues. Normal people are coming and leaving as soon as they understand they won’t be welcome tonight. I have to stay because I already picked the earrings on Internet and I need to buy them as a tomorrow’s gift. There is one more couple in front of me. The vendor girls are surprisingly cold blooded , they don’t see any people, they are in the PANDORA world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently had several terrible experiences at this location. The sale staff is generally nice but not always knowledgeable. The manager, Jessica, is awful. She is condescending and rude. When you ask her a question she looks at you as if you are disturbing her. She is always looking at her notebook as if she is very busy. She is a very poor representative for the store.

To all the money I have spent there on, mother, sisters, in- laws, wife. Never ever ever again.
