I am quite difficult to please usually but today I went to see them just for a battery change on my Patek Philippe and I was so pleased and impressed by their selection and service that I started buying myself jewelry as well as for my wife! They have such great prices, selection and honesty that it was a true pleasure! Also I can't believe how some people in this area be so off and cruel by criticizing them negatively.

The guy who did the job lost one of the screws, then tried to replaceit with any screw, then said: 'let me order the screws, and I will call you when youwatch is ready'. Well, I went to the swimming pool and it was the last day for myG-Shock … the water got in... The battery change at this place was the ruin formy G-Shock. Never again. I give them one star, because there is no minus 5 starsas an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming here for years without any issues however the girl working on the afternoon of September 9th is unqualified and unprofessional. She was on the phone the whole time and had no idea how to open my watch to replace the battery. She ended up scratching it in 4 places without accomplishing anything and told me to come back tomorrow so somebody else can change the battery without even apologizing

I also get my watch batteries done there, and the service is impeccable! I love dealing with Samara, she is so patient and kind with me, and all my family and friends say the same. She is a Gem! The owner is a wonderful gentleman, and very knowledgeable about all kinds of watches. My husband who is a watch collector loves dealing with him. Keep up the good work guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Not bring your watch here for a battery! The girl was unqualified and caused extreme damage to my mint condition watch and Still wasn’t able to install a new battery! So now I’m left with damages and no battery! Super unprofessional, this girl is Lucky! Get all new Qualified staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business has gone downhill. I used to get professional service from Samara, but unfortunately she only works once in a while these days. I am not fond of the other woman working there, she is not very knowledgeable or capable of changing watch batteries. She scratched my sons watch while changing his battery and refused to do anything to rectify the issue. She was rude on top of it. The owner is never around anymore, so I hope this message finds him. If you live in the area it’s a very convenient place to go pick up a cute gift, or have your watch battery changed, but make sure you only deal with Samara, trust me.
