★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent meal at The Keg Pointe Claire this evening. What stood out more than anything was the outstanding, attentive and thoughtful service from Laura! If you’re able to have her as your server and Zach come by as the manager to ensure an allergy was looked after, you’ll be as fortunate as we were. 5 Star service tonight! Thanks Laura!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very difficult to get a reservation and next to impossible to get a place to sit if your a walk in. Deejay, reservation specialist was extremely helpful and effective. Helped me get a table when all seemed lost and saw him help others as well; game changer is he's working.
The food was as per usual, good; Had the lobstair tail and enjoyed it. $$$

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the first time last night and omg the experience was next level. First of all, the waiter, Frederick, was one of the best customer service I had the chance to experience! He was something else and this made the dining experience even more pleasant. The food and cocktails were excellent and the ambiance was cozy and very relaxing. I cannot wait to go back! 6 stars ⭐️ to my opinion! Bravo and thanks again Frederick for your excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Keg is always a solid choice. This trip was no different. The hostesses were very nice, they got me seated fairly quickly and were pleasant and talkative.
My waitress Maria was very attentive. I had the Keg Old Fashioned, excellent. Also tried their Manhattan, excellent choice as well. For dinner I did the Sirloin and Lobster. Everything was prepared very well.
If you’re looking for a consistently great place to eat. The Keg is always a great choice.

Understandably with Covid they we’re short staffed which caused long delays for food to get out.
The staff & service was excellent and offered free desserts.
The mains on the dishes were good but the sides & sauce’s missing some flavour.
