Je suis allée à cette succursale pour remplacer ma carte, car j’avais pas l’utiliser depuis longtemps, une employée qui s’appelle “Maggie “ m’a refusé de le faire disant que je dois aller où j’ai ouvert mon compte 15 km plus loin de West Island !!!
Je lui ai demandé qu’est-ce qui vous empêche de le faire? Et elle n’avait pas de réponse de me donner!
En lisant des autres commentaires, j’ai appris que c’est sa façon de travailler! C’est pas sa première fois qu’elle refuse de servir des clients en les référant à l’autre succursale!
En sortant je lui ai dit voilà la raison pour laquelle ça fait longtemps que je fais pas affaire avec BMO!
Very poor customer service I have ever seen!!!
I went to this branch to replace my card, because I had not used it for a long time, an employee called "Maggie" refused to do so saying that I have to go where I opened my account 15 km further from West Island!!!
I asked him what's stopping you from doing it? And she had no answer to give me!
By reading other comments, I learned that this is his way of working! It's not her first time that she refuses to serve customers by referring them to the other branch!
When I left I told him that's the reason why I haven't done business with BMO for a long time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 staff members we worked with were capable, professional and extremely personable! The location is the far side of the mall, facing the Trans Canada (so we walked from the Brunswick entrance). Beyond that, your typical banking services and fees.
