On October 17, I placed an order for delivery of 84 sheets of 4x8 regular drywall, 12 sheets of 4x8 mold & mildew resistant drywall and 12 sheets of 32x60 hardiebacker board, to be delivered October 20, 2020. During the delivery, the forklift damaged my driveway asphalt, see the attached pictures. I’ve called the store (RONA Pierrefonds) multiple times since I first contacted the DG of the store with this issue, who told me to send an email with the pictures, but they have never returned any of my calls or messages. I’ve reached out through the online chatbot platform on the RONA website, who have told me they can do nothing to resolve the issue and that I need to talk directly to the store, however that is clearly not working. Its going on 2 months now that I’ve been trying to get someone from RONA to acknowledge that this is a problem and that it needs to be addressed, but unfortunately the service that I have been receiving is quite frankly disappointing. Considering that I spend thousands of dollars per year at the RONA Pierrefonds store, I would expect that I deserve at the very least an answer to my calls/messages/emails so that we can discuss this problem.

A relatively large store with a wide variety, and I personally feel that the price has no advantage over other stores

today I bought an Item from them, on my way out the door was alarming, then the lady at the cashier grabbed my handbag and checked it!!! it was very embarrassing. I was shocked. The door was alarming for next person too. Fix your door instead of accusing customers

Every single time I go there for a product on clearance, they have no idea where it is. I would understand if it was 1 box of tiles and they couldn't find it. But 27 boxes and they have no clue where they are??? I literally had to look for them myself and found them.

My review only refers to the installation/contractor department. It costs us 50$ to get a quote, and they send a contractor that was super rude, only to get a quote 3 weeks later than is 3 times the price (20k for labors only for two windows opening and no materials, really??) of another contractor. This was a real joke. If you need a contractor to get things done, don't go to Rona.

It's a good Rona, as good as it gets. The staff is very friendly and helpful, at least 3 of them answered me and my mom during our visit. I'm very impressed by their staff.

I ordered a washer and dryer from here. Specifically chose a set that was in stock at the warehouse so that I wouldn't have to wait months and months and moths. I had my items delivered promptly - but the washer was the wrong brand. It took me MONTHS of fighting with the store, them blaming me, blaming the delivery company and everybody else they could. This literally took 10 hours of my time over 4 months of fighting with them before I finally got my washer that was supposed to be IN STOCK.
