★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to find a company to do a certificate of location for my property. Most of the companies I looked up online had some pretty bad reviews except for Horizon so I gave them a call. The service I received through the whole process was excellent. The communication was great and everything was delivered when they said it would be. They called in advance when the person doing the surveying was going to be on site and the report was ready when they said. When I picked up the report it was reviewed personally with me and any questions I had were answered. I live on the West Island and their office is ideally situated in the vicinity. I would highly recommend Horizon to anyone. They were also less expensive than all the other companies I spoke to.

If there any chances of complexity, we refuse the job"... says a lot about the company and what to expect. The request was to implement a pool. Seems like a tough case for you? Seems it is for them
