Anytime I need to ship something to my house , I get it delivered in a short amount of time ! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently started ordering my Proderm face products from Etiket and the packages have arrived quickly with accurate orders. They often even throw in samples of products I may like which is fun to try. They have a bundled set for two of the products I use at a discount which is nice but the prices are still quite expensive. Despite this, I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #1 place in Montreal for skincare! The owner is SOOOO incredibly kind and helpful and all the staff members I’ve talked to were very nice. Some are more helpful/knowledgeable than others but generally you’re in great hands. They’re super generous with samples and encourage you to try before you buy. You’ll find some of the absolute best skincare brands on the market like Skinceuticals, SkinMedica, Tata Harper, EltaMD, etc. that are hard to find elsewhere. Just make sure to research products before buying/opening to make sure they suit your skin type/needs since opened products can’t be returned! They’ve shipped products to me when they didn’t have them in store and it was super fast.
I’m not a perfume person but the perfume section is mesmerizing and they carry a few makeup brands as well.
They offer a discount for your first purchase and birthday, and their point system is the best I have EVER come across—you get free full-sized products without “spending” points (you get a gift when you reach a new point level and also give little gifts with purchase sometimes too).
I haven’t had a facial here but heard great things from friends! I was told that they have a Tata Harper facial room that is supposedly beautiful, and also heard their aestheticians are really great. While I can’t vouch for their facials, I can pretty confidently say you’ll probably love whatever service you get done. Parking is also not bad, I almost always find a spot in front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came out of the store 10 min ago and couldn’t wait to post this review. If anyone needs a lesson in customer service, they need to come to this store! BEST service ever! It’s a luxurious boutique but not once I felt out of place or unwelcome. Steve went above and beyond for me and I will forever cherish this! I’ll make it a point to come visit this store at least twice a month. Plus, they are very knowledgeable and have every niche perfumes you can imagine!

On sight, I had the pleasure of meeting David and his collègues. It was a wonderful experience. The team is passionate, helpful and very knowledgeable. David was highly knowledgeable and helpful during my visit, as a newbie to the world of niche perfumery, I needed a bit of help getting situated with all the houses that were on display. He assisted me at every step of the way, inquired about my preferences and answered every single question I had without condescension and with ease. I really had a fantastic experience, and even left with a few samples to try out at home. Amazing environment, amazing selection, amazing personnel.
