The staff is very friendly and professional. My cat loves this place and is never afraid to go there. Highly recommend.

Everyone there is so kind to you and your kitty ❤️ prices are decent considering it's in the heart of downtown. When my cat got sick they were willing to take him while booked solid and check on him in between appointments. Their emergency fee was worth it and a fraction of the price that DMV would have charged. Ty guys x

Since there is Covid measures in place, I handed them my pet at the door and waited outside for them, the staff would frequently come out to update and inform me while doing the checkup.

J	Jay P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chats Montreal just tried to extort me for money. A month ago, I took her in for some shots. They told me she teeth problems. They said they would need two appointments. One to investigate the problem and the next to fix the problem. Today, she was to have her teeth fixed for an exorbitant price of 1,600 dollars. A price I had made arrangements for and was willing to pay. Not including the fees I already paid to have her examined. I was just informed, that they only just today did am x-ray and it would cost an extra thousand dollars, which according to their forms I signed when i thought it was just 1600, if you don't pay in 5 days they will put your pet down. Any good business needs to be upfront about everything they do. This is not good business, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. They told me to come back in two hours for my cat. If you do anything to hurt my baby girl, there will be consequences.

The staff is very transparent about pricing; the cost is reasonable even if the clinic is in a very nice part of downtown. My cat is extremely anxious and doesn’t trust many people. Dr and her staff are very good with her and quickly won her over. My cat is very satisfied
