I showed up to this vet because my dog was sick, i was 10 mins late to the appointment regarding the snow storm montreal had in those 2 days, in the beginning everything was fine and the doc didn’t mention anything about it. My dog was examined and tested but the way the doctor was talking to my mom was very rude even tho we paid almost 600$ for the check up and some medication, he was talking in a way that he is the one who’s paying for us, really dont know from where he gets the audacity to treat his customers in this way, not mention the thousands of dollars i spent in that vet, and the way he treats the dog is very uncomfortable like for example if the dog stands next to him he keeps on pushing the dog away with his feet in a very inappropriate way, i have alot to add also but i think thats enough for now, the receptionist was chill and the nurses were very nice, its really bad to have a good team thats being led by a horrible and unprofessional boss like this, wouldn’t recommend going there

My dog had an allergic reaction to a vaccine he took earlier today, it could be a life threatening situation as he were all swollen, vomiting, diarrhea and etc, we got there 20:45, they close at 9pm, the receptionist refused to even take a look at him and pointed us to another clinic 20 min away from there. Im writing this review since Im disgusted by this situation, the doctor didnt even want to come see him neither they showed ANY compassion for the situation, I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone, its a business yes, but the life of an animal you SWORE to protect is a lot more important than your time to close doors! I will make sure to NEVER bring my dogs here again and will let everyone else know as well! Disgusting service!

Crazy expensive vet, took my dog in within minutes but after an hour when I asked what was going on they told me the vet was just going in to see her now! Spent 2 hours there for a simple vaccine. The staff seems competent but their receptionist is extremely slow as if this was her first day, when asked for a certificate as proof of vaccine took them 3 tries to actually fill in all the information needed. Don’t usually write reviews but really horrible clinique supposed to be a hospital but pet might be better off at a normal clinique.

Expensive vet, very kind and understanding staff. In my personal experience, the vet was unhelpful after not properly assessing my cat. The vet led me to believe an x-ray was needed after hardly touching my cat. Ended up x-raying below the injury. My bill came out to be 1.5x what I was told it would be while he was convincing me to x-ray the cat. The only silver lining to this is that repeat consultations are cheaper than the first, but even then cost more than in other places.

We had a TERRIBLE experience with this vet. They are disorganized, unaccommodating, and over-priced. The vet and owner, Marcel Banon, is rude and dismissive of both his customers and staff. Back in January, I was given an appointment for my cat to be neutered. When I arrived the morning of in -20 temperatures, we were met by a closed vet office as they had failed to let us know that our appointment was cancelled. We gave the office the benefit of the doubt and re-booked the appointment. When I came to pick up my cat yesterday, I was accused of not paying my deposit despite providing bank statements as proof that I had. The office insisted that I pay the deposit again. I refused and instead of coming to speak to me about it, Mr. Banon put an inexperienced receptionist in an uncomfortable situation, ignored me and then tried to shame me in front of the other people in the waiting room. If you don't need to go to this vet, I strongly caution you against it.

I did not have a good experience with this vet. I came to get my cat checked out because he has a cold and his eyes have been running. I waited 2 hours and 30 mins for the vet to speak to me for exactly 3 minutes. I spent more time speaking with one of the nurses explaining the symptoms. To make it even worse, when I attempted to ask a question, the vet rudely interrupted me by saying "I already told you everything, I don't have anything else to add". He prescribed appetite inducers which I received from the receptionist, with no plan of action should the medication not be helpful. The two stars are for the staff who were very nice to me but I will definitely be changing vets.

Honestly the worst experience I've had at a vet, or at any business, really. It's clear the staff (at least the ones that communicated with me) don't know what's going on. My cat is supposed to have a surgery the vet told me "was important to get done fast", but... - It was rescheduled twice due to the people scheduling the appointments not knowing when the surgeries could take place - There were issues with payment on their end; they told me to come in person when their machines wouldn't work over the phone, and when I came in the person didn't know how to do it so they told me to pay over the phone ? - Today when I went in to bring her for her scheduled surgery they said "oops, we forgot to call you to tell you she needs to fast for 12 hours", so they rescheduled the surgery again for a month from now I'm getting my deposit back and going elsewhere, but in order to do so I need to go in person at very specific times when someone who knows what they're doing is working, apparently. ? Anyway, just my experience. Never had a problem at a vet before this, so be warned.

I worked at the clinic for a couple of years, and I mostly loved my experience here. I had the best, most supportive colleagues, and got to meet the cutest pets and their incredible owners. Unfortunately, my experience has been somewhat tainted by a toxic and negative atmosphere that the doctor cultivates. He can speak to clients in a dismissive tone, but his maltreatment of the staff behind the scenes is where I take issue the most. He has one of the most incredible teams who tirelessly put up with his high demands and harsh treatment. Overall, I was able to handle this for a while because he takes such great care of animals, but the distress I experienced here eventually led to my leave. I hear now that his treatment of the staff has only gotten worse and that there is constant turnover because of it. I caution against going to this clinic, but I especially warn anyone who is considering working here.
