★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cathy is really helpful, she send the technician the next day, even though they are really busy during this time of year. The technician is very knowledgeable and patient, and solve the problem really quick. The price is reasonable and fair. I wish I could contact them earlier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My compressor broke and their service was fast, comprehensive and reasonable. Both Kathy and the expert were so helpful! I had tried a few other sites, but it was impossible to get hold of a human (only automated forms or machines) so the personal service from Nova was so appreciated!
I love finding a little service gem like Nova and would warmly recommend them to anyone!

Opening new restaurants was headache-free with Cathy and Joey! We inspected and fixed all our commercial fridges, and within a very reasonable time-frame. Their services were professional and timely, and their invoices were detailed and accurate.
For a last minute troubleshooting, they even helped me resolve an issue over the phone within minutes!
Highly recommend to anybody in restaurant operations, and will definitely save in my contacts for years to come!
