Quebec product!! But after-sales service outside of Montreal sucks, I'm from Sherbrooke, machine from 2015 with the purchase of my condo and they can't tell me who does the repairs... no distributor, etc... really sad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a unit in 2016 with a 5 year guarantee. The unit no longer worked and the compressor ran hot. They suggested fixes and we sent a qualified tech. 3 visits later, still not working. Not organized. Every time we called was as though it was the first time calling. They never returned calls. Customer went without AC for one of the hottest summers on record. Owner, Georges Abaji, is not honest and does not respect his clients. He eventually sent a tech to the site. They couldn't fix it. The tech suggested a sensor to be replaced, which he didn't have which could repair the problem or buy a whole new unit and have it installed on the spot at $3000. The original purchase price was half that. Regardless, this had a 5 year parts guarantee that was not honoured. In the end we wanted to replace the sensor and contacted Georges to purchase it on multiple occasions. He never returned our calls or emails. Do not buy from this company. They are not honest and left my client with a system that will have to be completely ripped out after less than 5 years of use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an air tempo wall AC. I tried calling them to get a technician for 3 weeks. Chased them for 2 weeks to get a call back and an appointment, then finally when I do get an appointment I get a call the day of saying they are having issue with a shortage of azote. After they know very well that it’s needed to do the job. They never call you back you have to keep chasing after them over and over again. In the end, I never got a call back and they never fixed my AC. Worst service I had. They don’t care about about having you as a client.
