★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Imperial on a large job, 22 windows, including one with a custom shape. Very pleased with the quality of the work and the price.
Indoors, I had existing custom mouldings that they preserved. Outdoors, they did beautiful work on the metalwork and caulking.
Installers worked very hard on a tight schedule. Original time estimate was too low but the team worked to get it done taking my schedule into account (e.g. Finished the indoors first).
Make sure to have a plan for your alarm system and blinds.
Communication issues during the back and forth of the estimate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did my whole house windows and doors and 5 years later they are still perfect. I even broke a window and was fast and cheap to replace. Great quality and especially the price. I did have to replace the front door lock, but the rest is still mint.

They did everything in a timely & professional manner and they left the site clean. I enjoyed very much dealing with Adrian of Imperial whom was extremely knowledgeable and responsive.

This year they've installed my master bedroom window and again... good quality, professionalism and a fair price. Next year I have new plans that involve them. Good job, guys! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst after sale service ever. I had 10 windows replaced a few years ago. The price was fine and the installation was quick but that came with a price. After a while, one of the windows developed a small crack. Soon after that, there was water infiltration on one of the windows every time there was a heavy rain. I have been calling for 15 months straight and have been getting the same story telling me that they would give it to their service department asap. Since then, the crack has spread the width of the whole window and the wood behind the window with the water infiltration has rotted. I hired another company this week to do my remaining 12 windows and I had the technician look at it. He showed me how the window was badly made and how the pressure of locking it ( it was uneven and had to be forced) probably caused the crack. They will fix it when they do my other windows. I referred Imperial to 4 other people who have used them. I regret that now. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imperial installed windows on our house in fall of 2012. They did a quick and tidy job. The windows look great. It was worthy of a five star rating.
Unfortunately a seal in one window has failed and the window is beginning to cloud up.
We contacted them in January 2018, just over 4 years into the 15 year warranty, for repair or replacement. We are now halfway through July. We have had no response from them since our initial (January) contact.
The windows look great, the warranty not so much

I'm very pleased to report that my foggy window unit has been replaced. It took some time but the results are good.
I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 star as a result. The company was responsive to the complaint.
This is a company that is very aware of their Google reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top quality windows and patio door, very good service, fast and clean installation, very detailed oriented installers, at the best price. We did business with Imperial Doors and Windows Inc. three times: first time for our living room huge hybrid window (Aluminium and PVC), about 5 years ago. We have been very satisfied. Then about 3 years ago for one apartment into our triplex, we had all windows replaced, and one of the patio doors. Very good service, very good quality for the best price. We just had the windows replaced into another apartment, about a month ago. Every time the installation was fast, and the installers were very clean and very detail oriented.
Top quality windows and installation, at the best price.
I will replace the remaining windows with them next year, and I am definitely highly recommending Imperial Doors and Windows.

Adrian is very supportive and strive to provide a great service. He was quick to response after some miss communication during the holidays to repair a small part of the sealant that was coming out on a small gap in the frame. I appreciate the support.
