DO NOT GO USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES AT ALL. I just called and spoke with JOHN and his colleague and they were completely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I was asking a simple question with regards to my A/C's maintenance and they responded in such a condescending and aggressive manner that it was completely disgraceful. Avoid this company by any means possible and never do business with them. Their treatment to their customers is and probably will always be utterly disgraceful. Avoid this company at all costs. Period. Also, to the owners/ management of this company, why don’t you stop addressing and acknowledging to ONLY your positive reviews and actually make proactive steps to your negative complaints and services. Stop disregarding and ignoring your problems and actually do something about it. However, seeing from the following comments it seems like nothing has positively changed. In other words, your care and service will always be deemed distasteful, callous, and pitiless.

This company and the people managing it do not care about who they employ. Dealt with a racist employee of theirs who shouted "go back to your country" and when I called to make a complaint, I got no reassurance from them that they were going to deal with the situation. The manager just hung up on me while mid conversation which was extremely unprofessional. This just reflects on the companies' values and the type of people they like to do business with. Please stay away from this company.

We have purchased an Amana heat pump system in 2012 as well as purchased the 10 year extended warranty. Last year, a tech comes by and adds a pound or so of Freon, it temporarily fixes our problem. Now May 2021, same issue as last year, seems there might be a leak, same tech as last time, his solution? Not even 5 mins seeing the system he just wants to add Freon and leave. My elderly parents asked, what’s the point to buying the extended warranty if your only going to provide a temporary solution. The tech proceeds to argue and curses at my parents. Thats not professional and courteous to treat a long time client. The Manager / boss says he refuses to service our home anymore and blames us. Mind you, we still have a contract and warranty. Now it’s 30+ degrees and our system is still not repaired. That’s is unacceptable. The appropriate steps will be taken if the issue will not be fixed. Jay.

The salesman came on time and was very polite and informative. It was July and sweltering, but he was honest and said that it would be only in September that we could have the install done. Fast forward to today (Sept 8, 2020) and the installers were on time, super nice and had to deal with a tricky wire route, but they got it done and it looks amazing. Very professional job, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Enertech replaced my gas furnace and heat pump in my last home and repaired my heat pump in my current one. Their installers and technicians are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. When they came to repair my heat pump, their technician got to the point, did the repair quickly and didn’t pad the bill like most other service companies. They could have easily told me that the heat pump was finished and that I would need a new one. Rest assured, when my current system goes, they will be the only ones I call for a thorough and turnkey job. Thank you for your service throughout the years!

I wasn’t a customer at this place but i had a very bad experience with a reckless driver(working at enertech) who almost crashed into me more than 3 times , he got out of his van and ran towards my car wanting to fight me. He then yelled at me and said “go back to your country”. I called the place he works at and the receptionist, Linda, was very nice to me and said that this worker has been getting plenty of complaints . The next day i called the place again to ask for the workers name since i wanted to do a complaint, the manager took the phone , gave me attitude and the hung up on me . This proves that this company isn't professional at all and that they do not care about anyone but themselves. If the guy had plenty of complaints, why is he still working at this unprofessional place?

They installed my HVAC system in 2006. The owner lives in my community and he has always dealt with my calls. They are quick to get back to you and have a technician at my home within 24 hours. The technician that always takes care of us is extremely professional. They were recommended by a friend in 2006 and I recommend them as well.
