J	Jayda Hales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet was associated with Urban Felines where I adopted my cat about a year ago. Within the two week trial period I had with my cat, I had to take my cat in for upper respiratory infection (kennel cough), within these two weeks Urban felines was taking care of the vet bill. While I was there they told me my cat seemed young due to the health of her teeth, a month later my cat became very itchy and when I took her in this vet then told me not only is she autoimmune despite suggesting it might be a chicken allergy after calling my aunt who lives three provinces away with her symptoms but I would need to get all of her teeth pulled within the next year. They put her on pred to stop the itching for a couple months, but within those few months i started gaining doubt of the diagnosis of my cat. I had an appointment today with another vet and was told that she indeed has a chicken allergy, not autoimmune and only one or two teeth aren't great, also suggesting my cat might be older than I was told. Not only was I misled to during the trial period about the health of my cat, I was misled to again when told ALL of her teeth have to be pulled and given the wrong diagnosis. My boyfriend seems to think it's a money grab.

It's very rare I find a place that doesn't try to add unnecessary shots or treatments to my pets. the doctors here only prescribe what i came for and always ask before suggesting anything additional. i really appreciate that

Dr. Lissa and Jen were so sweet and gentle with Ginger that her passing went very peacefully. As unpleasant as euthanasia are, this had to be my best experience. We were surrounded by people who cared and loved Ginger too. Shout out to Dr. Peter who saw Ginger a few times and gently had "that" conversation with me.

Monday he started peeing on the couch, bed and still constant litter box trips along with urine in his blood. I called the vet and they were able to give me an apt the next day. I was quite concerned as from what I read on the internet, a blocked urethra could lead to death quickly. Saw Dr Peter, very nice man, took his time and explained everything throughly. Unfortunately the urine analysis didn’t show any smoking gun such as elevated crystals, bacteria, nor high ph levels so he recommended antibiotics and a change in food just to cover all bases. Good news is by Thursday my cat is much better. The furniture is not a target anymore and bathroom breaks are less frequent. Dr Peter even called me Thurs evening to see how Oreo is. Took my other kitten for her booster shot a few days later. As you can see they are happy. Thanks to the great staff and service at Vetspress!

He gets super excited when we walk in the office, and gets the warmest greeting from everyone there. Marshy had to have emergency surgery (at another animal hospital) and Dr. Lissa was in communication with the vets there, and giving me reassurance and advice with how to handle everything. She really went above and beyond. I highly highly highly recommend Vetspress
S	Shei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the entire staff very obviously loves animals and sure knows how to treat them well! we brought our kitty for a checkup and Dr. Peter patiently answered all of our questions and took his time explaining everything he was doing to us. a real professional and a very respectable doctor. he sure has a good hand with animals. I would recommend this veterinary office to everyone. they really know their stuff...

Little Charlie loved coming and seeing them. Their love and caring for him, especially during our most difficult time for our family has been so comforting. Thank you to a great team of humans who cared for him so wonderfully. Words can't express our gratitude.
